The staff are so friendly and helpful! The location as great, a very close walk to Mountjuic and the waterfront. The hostel had such character and was clean!

Tourist tax is €4 something per night per person, cash only. Showers keep turning off, I get it's to save water but it was every 15seconds almost, very thin walls. Oh and the beds make a lot of sound, everytime you roll over

Great staff, super friendly all spoke English (shout out to Bruno!), nice kitchen to boil tea in the mornings, toaster etc. Great location, decorated very nice. They have lockers with keys, and allow people to leave shampoo and things so if you forget something there's a basket in the bathrooms for that.

I liked everything very much and all the rooms were done with taste and a lot of imagination. Everything is very close for someone with little money. The bedrooms are quiet and discretion in bed is guaranteed.

We were accomodated first on a different room and after we came back from the street around midnight they made us change to another room, it was their mistake but it was a bit unfortunate. Also they charged us extra for the city tax but the good thing is that they gave the money the next day.

The beds were good and also the bathrooms were always clean. The common areas downstairs are cute and there are sofas to relax. The girl from the desk is really helpful and always with a good attitude.

Cleanliness of the bathroom. It wasn't bad but it could be taken care of much more thoroughly. The floors , doors, beds and lockers were quite noisy so it was almost impossible not to wake up light sleepers.

Location was good, check in and check out was easy, staff was helpful.

There were only two showers and two toilets in the female bathroom which were often in use. Given how busy the hostel can get, I often had to wait for a shower. The showers only run for about 15 seconds before turning off, which I understand is good to save water but was quite annoying to use. A few times there was no toilet paper left and the bins in the toilets and bathroom got overly full, not being large enough to accommodate how many people were at the hostel. The rooms were comfortable overall, however quite small and there wasn't much space to put our things especially if we carry a suitcase which can't be put in the top lockers.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood and fairly easy to walk to from the metro. The rooms were very clean and the curtains on the beds are a huge plus. The common area was nicely decorated and a relaxing place to be especially during the afternoons. The kitchen is well equipped and visitors' food is kept very well organised. The staff were friendly, helping me with my bags and giving me tips on places to visit in Barcelona. Overall the hostel has a good vibe.

It would be lovely if you could add small shelves to the beds (for the phone and other staff one might need at night)

This hostel has lovely friendly atmosphere thanks to the caring staff and unusual design. The common area has everything one might need for meal/drinks preparation. I especially loved it that the bedrooms have ac and each bed is equipped with curtains. I will once again repeat that the staff was amazing!! When I came up asking for medicine (I had an unpleasant headache) one of them helped me to find the nearest pharmacy, which was really sweet

I came in to check in around 2:30/2:40 pm. Exhausted. They said 5 min... shift change. It ended up being an hour. There were four of us waiting by then. The person leaving (female, curly shoulder-length hair) didn't help at all. Was just trying to convey information and then left. The person who arrived after me (male) was taken care of first. I was falling asleep in the chair. The decorations and theater theme were cute but very outdated. The female bathroom door did not close all the way. Don't know if it was humidity or just the way it was. Asked to put our names on food items in the refrigerator, but did not supply a marker or stickers.

Close to everything. Used hop on/off bus, stop was 10 min walk.
