The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

The common room was incredibly comfortable and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and she ordered dinner for everybody who wanted it.

This was an absolutely top accommodation during my Camino! Estrella, our host, provided a warm welcome, a true smile, and even joined us for the dinner we all cooked together. My room was comfortable. The common areas were amazing, including the nice fireplace. I highly recommend

Everything was perfect.

A fabulous welcome from the caring and happy helpful host, beautiful shared areas (all donativo), spotlessly clean, excellent shared spacious, sparkling clean bathroom. Dormitories with comfy single beds (no bunks yeh), extra blankets and an extra pillow each for our tired legs. What more coukd you ask for. Top marks.

Beautiful house!! Estrella - your host is absolutely a star!! A very warm welcome and a great place to stay! There is a shower gel and shampoo provided. Beds have duvets and nice pillows. The dinner was offered as well as breakfast. Both very nice. There is tea and coffee which you can prepare at any time. Definitely would stay again

The atmosphere created by the staff in this lovely ALBERGUE was very unique. We - and all who arrived after - received a warm and friendly welcome, a beautiful meal and great advice about the next section of the Camino. Bathroom facilities were clean and modern and beautiful!

This was the most beautiful Albuerge on the Camino so far. When you arrive, you are greeted with an open-hearted welcome and delicious coffee and snacks. The hostel is very clean and with love decorated. We had a delicious dinner and it was such a good atmosphere. I can only recommend the Albuerge.

There wasn't a dinner because they had only been open a week. I think they were going to start serving dinner the following week. In any case, there were a couple of options in town for dinner that worked out just fine.

I stayed here when it had only been open a week, and it was definitely the highlight of my Camino so far. It was, honestly, what I pictured a private albergue would be on the Camino: warm, comfortable common rooms, clean rooms and bathrooms, and a friendly and helpful host. Estrella talked to us about her experiences on the Camino, and walked us through the tricky route into Burgos. I definitely would have missed the turn for the river route if it hadn't been for her! Atapuerca is a great spot to spend the night too. Although there isn't much to do, it's only a 20km walk to Burgos, so it gives you more time to explore the city.

The hostess Estrella is gracious and welcoming (and speaks English). I highly recommend this Albergue. Soon, they will be adding a dinner service for guests. I’m sure it will be top notch.

Recently renovated albergue in a nice town on the Camino. New bathrooms, normal beds for most (not bunks), and ample relaxing area. As mentioned by others, Estrella is the best thing about this place.
