There was very little insulation between the walls and floors. There was a knocking noise late at night from an adjoining room and we could hear footsteps above us.

Great location close to the historic sites we wanted to visit and great choice of eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.

On the top outer edge of the main tourist area, May be a problem for any elderly or infirm clients . There is no main restaurant for evening dining, but bar meals appeared to be available .

Easy to find , attentive staff, especially the man in the underground car park who assisted with our parking in a very confined space !

No English TV despite there being a BBC world news channel. Room was warm in the evening and air conditioning wouldn't switch on, and window only opened a small amount

There was no shampoo, soap or bubble bath for or near the bath and the soap, shampoo, etc was in fixed bottles on the wall inside the shower or wash basin, which made thibga quite difficult. When we checked in, we asked about breakfast but as it wasn't included the staff member was not keen to offer it to us, even if we paid. We went back to reception later in the evening to book breakfast and it was very good value. Also we were not asked whether we wanted to book for dinner at all, which seemed odd.

We had a Junior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and very clean. A very good breakfast and coffees. A very generous selection of emergency toiletries in the bathroom, if you'd forgotten your razor or toothbrush. A great recommendation for the restaurant along the block Tio Andres, it was very busy but the food was excellent. Great location for the 3 Kings Parade which passes straight past the hotel.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, we had great communication right from the booking stage. The room was a really good size and was very clean. Breakfast was nice and one of the servers went to the trouble of heating the waffles for my son because he preferred them that way which was really appreciated. As ine of my other sons now lives in the area, this will be the hotel I will always book when we visit.

Parking was not available on site as it is a small private carpark not owned by the hotel. If you can't get a park it is a bit of a pain. Small area to pull up, unload bags, then had to park in a large carpark a couple of streets away. No clear instructions to locate it, so drove around and had to go back to the hotel and ask for better instructions. Once found, good large carpark at discounted price as a hotel guest. If you get parking nextdoor be very grateful. No milk other than really awful powdered milk and only two small packets.. Luckily we brought our own milk. You have to get 2 lifts to the upper floors, one from reception up one level, then get out with luggage and get another lift to level 2 or above. Otherwise you have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs to get to the lift that takes you up to your room.

The hotel was first-class. The location was great, it was easy to park the car and not far to walk to all of the museums and places to eat and drink. The staff were exceptional. Really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
