The location is very convenient. The room was located near everything that is worth seeing in Alicante: the beach, the Explanada, the Castle of St. Barbara, the ferry to Tabarca and much more :) The host Jesús is a very kind and helpful host and gives many hints about Alicante. Along with my partner we were very happy with the room and Jesús' hospitality, I can easily recommend this location for anyone interested.

Room is a bit dark due to restricted natural light.

The room is in an excellent location in the centre and 2 minutes from beach. The host is very helpful and friendly. Very safe room on 7th floor (2 lifts) with separate, but private bathroom including towels and all toiletries included. Good WiFi. Kettle with tea and coffee provided.

This was our second stay here and it was just as good as the first, see my previous review, only thing extra I would like to add is how hot and powerful the shower was! Jesus was as the previous time a perfect host!

The host Jesus is such a character, it was worth staying just to meet him :-) The location is just perfect right near the port and as such the value for money is exceptional. If you have a flight from Alicante the airport bus is just a short walk and so is the taxi rank. If you are going elsewhere up the coast, the Tram is also a short walk away. The view from the top of the roof of the apartment which Jesus kindly showed us is amazing, beautiful views of the castle and the port. As for the room, the beds were really comfy and the best pillows we have found in Spain so far. You have tea and coffee making facilities in your room and the bathroom while external is next door and is for your use only. The apartment also has character and is definitely a one off to be experienced. We would without a doubt stay again and in fact we are doing so in a few days time!

Localization is perfect! Museums around a corner, cafes and tapas, City Hall and a beach, beautiful view on a castle... Jesús is a friendly, cute and helpful person, who takes care of his guests. Be preapared for cosy and eclectic place, not a typical hostel room. It was small but comfortable, but we still preferred to spend most of our time outside and came back for nights only. It's locked from the inside, but not from the outside - we were ok with that, because there was a safe. To sum it up, the place is the sane as the description, and we were positively surprised by its unique character, kindness and hospitality of Jesús. I hope we will come back.

Jesus was great and gave us so much information. The room was small but very funky and clean. The coffee machine was wonderful. Jesus gave us access to the roof to see nighttime spectacular views. Great location 1 minute from waterfront.

fantastic location a few steps from sea front with historic centre just a few more behind, c6 airport bus also really close, quaint old residential apartment building, lovely apartment with eclectic furnishings, airey bedroom with window into lightwell and ceiling fan so no wasteful environmentally unfriendly, throat & eye drying air conditioning, lovely small private bathroom with great shower, clean and comfortable bed in a charmingingly decorated quiet bedroom

Great location 👌 Jesus was very friendly and accommodating, lent us umbrellas as it was raining 🌧 Gorgeous quirky apartment bedroom, comfy beds. Bathroom is dated but everything worked and shower was hot. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Amazing location, helpful great host sharing all the highlits of the city, unique interior, great price. Beautiful view on the roof day/night. Everything close by. Super restourant just downstairs. Although tricky to park.
