Room advertised as having seaview. In reality you would have to lean out of the balcony and look to the side to see a little bit of the sea.

There weren't many good places to eat nearby as the hotel is about 20 minutes by metro from the center of Alicante but I still wouldn't stay in the center next time because it's crazy busy both the beach and the center. The breakfast was absolutely the same tho whole week so I got a bit bored of it the last 2 days. At times was a bit noisy in the hotel so it was hard to fall asleep.

The hotel was clean, the room I got was spacious. The restaurant served very delicious food. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was good-sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes, bread, salmon, sandwiches, fruits, 3 kinds of salami, 3-4 kinds of cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, peach and ananas juice. Coffee machine, different kind of milk (f.e. oat and so on), tortilla de patatas, cereal, fruit yogurts and variety of sweets (donuts, churros, waffles and so on). 2 minutes walk to the amazing sand beach. There's supermarket behind the hotel. Very good WiFi!

I thought we were getting a sea view because of the photos and I had asked for a premier room. Only had sea view if craned my neck over balcony.

The gym need to be improved : add a source of water (hydratation!!!), and add towels available in the gym directly so there is no need to go to the reception in the lobby (wait if there is already people…) and go back to the 1 st floor. Making the experience more seamless and flowing will improve the experience.

The hotel is peaceful, quiete and very well located. The breakfast and the food is great (very good quality). They have a free parking which is not the case for other hotels.

Only got water on the first day then had to ask each day for water, pool very cold, we had a very small balcony.

There some construction work when I was there.

It is very near the beach in a quiet residential area. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It is a short tram ride to Alicante 20 mins. The restaurant is excellent. Nice pool area.

The noise. The first night some other guests were drinking and generally being noisy in the outdoor seating just outside the hotel, right below my room until 2am, had to report it to reception and ask for their help. The walls between rooms, floors, corridor and rooms are not well sound-proofed.

Maybe there was a lot of construction work going on at the time but it wasn’t too much of an issue for me. But they had notice on the lift about this in the hotel in which was good to see, so I knew in advance of what was going on nearby the hotel.

Probably that it was close to the beach proximity wise and there was good access to nearby shops, bars and restaurants without having to go to too far.

This hotel was truly a find! Brilliant location, excellent secure parking, professional staff, superior customer service, very clean comfortable room and above all, PET FRIENDLY. We were also allowed to take our little toy poodle into the restaurant (housed in his little bag).

They were having some maintenance work done on the balconies which we did not know about . This did not spoil our holiday as we were out most of the day

However, it looks very nice from outside and the lobby the room was a standard room. The renovation is still on, and I had to ask to give us the furthest room from the renovation. I think it is something you shouldn't even ask. All the standard rooms are under construction, so be aware after 9 am. you won't have any silence. I think it would be fair not to sell these rooms while the construction is on or at least have a warning while you are booking the room.

The pool area is super nice, the lobby and the restaurant as well. The room was clean and had a fridge and the balcony was cute.

Lovely newly done decor, with a comfortable dining and bar area. It is small and retro (it is 60 years old this year) compared to some of the huge buildings nearby. Lovely pool and sunbathing area and spacious garden with deck chairs. Some rooms are still being refurbished, but work is 9 - 5 pm and not a problem. We ate dinner in the restaurant both nights we were there and the food was refined and delicious and the service excellent. Super breakfast. We drove there so it was useful that there was a car park. The bedroom was pleasant, with a small balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. There is a newly made spa and beauty salon, but I didn't use this facility. Great location with the fabulous beach just over the road and and the L3 tram runs along the beach front, so you can easily get to Alicante. It's a lovely hotel, not big and flashy at all. We went in March, so it was fairly quiet. I hope to go back for a bit longer soon.
