It’s very dirty in the room. There’s a kitchen but no even pot. If you want to open wine you need to go to the restaurant and ask them to open it.

I would recommend to focus more on quality over quantity at breakfast and dinner. There were a lot of options, but some of them were quite bad (although there were good and mediocre options as well). We also wanted cups to be brought to our room, but after multiple times of asking, never received them (we were not allowed to take them from cafeteria). Perhaps there should be an area for people who want to enjoy a more quiet stay - there was a lot of music and other loud noises.

Great, beautiful location, spacious rooms, a wide variety of foods served at breakfast and dinner. A lot of space for sunbathing, swimming, etc.

“Kitchen” was a refridgerator and a microwave.

Staff was super friendly, especially towards children. A lady in the lobby was super helpful and gave us great advice on where to go and what to see.

Evening Meal could have been better but it was too hilly for me anyway so i would not return

Breakfast and lunch were excellent, evening meal could have been better. As a single traveler it was very expensive to stay here on my own in a double room as no single rooms available but the difference was only €30 anyway

Some small observations: Room was like an apartment and at the same time not like apartment. There was something like kitchen corner, but you were not able/allowed to use it as kitchen. Somehow confusing situation. Pool opening hours - I prefer to swim early morning or late at the evening.

OK place. Parking easily possible. WiFi worked well when I needed ( early morning). Three pools, one with heating. Noisy entertainment in little-bit separated place - not disturbing. Breakfast -OK. Staff - friendly.

All the staff, from Fernando and the ladies on reception, to Carlos in the snack bar, to Jeanette in management, to Ibrahim at the drinks van...we have never felt so welcome or so comfortable at a venue before, and we really appreciated it. The ladies in the wellness centre also deserve a mention as we had a lovely sauna and massage experience with them too!

No tools to cook, no tools, no plates. I needed to buy a pan to cook and had to ask for plates and cutlery.

Food was good, pool area is nice, football field also good. Location is ok, short walk to great beach. Staff was friendly, rooms clean. Good Hotel. Lots of parking space. easy to find

Check-in. Even if you fill in all the lengthy online checkin forms, you'll still have to spend some 10-15 minutes at the front desk and sign a few papers before they let you in. Maybe I wouldn't feel so annoyed about it, if I hadn't fallen asleep kid on my arms on arrival. Some other details could be improved. Like introducing toilet paper holder, or upgrading room with a decent hair drier.

Nice pools, good breakfast, decent hotel apartment, good pressure in shower. If you're not a picky person, when it comes to details, place is very ok.

The part where the receptin is looks newer and cleaner, but the buildings where the rooms are could get any renovation or even cleaning (the outside hallways). There were also only sheets on the bed, and we were cold so we ask for extra blankets. We get the blankets withous cover - i didnt like that. Everything else was ok.

To be honest nothing.

Our apartment was spacious and lay out was great for a family of 4. Clean (and cleaned regularly) perfect for our winter getaway. The hotel overall was brilliant- perfect set up for a family and so colourful I loved it

There was a bad stale smell when we entered the room. The room was cleaned once more, but the smell reappeared after a few hours. We were surprised that we didn't find any cutlery or dishes/glasses, even though there was a kitchen in the open space.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of choice, delicious food and even tasty local treats. The beds were confortable. The rooms spacious and bright, cosy and confortable.

Staff at reception could be much better, we waited over 20 mins to get our keys with no apology for the delay. Wifi is slow and virtually unusable in the rooms. They've removed the open air part of the restaurant which is a real shame, its now a noisy concrete tube!

Good range of food on offer at the buffet restaurant and lots of other options at the pool bar. Good gym and pool, not too busy and no fighting over sunbeds when we were there! Massive comfy beds and good sized rooms. Handy courtesy room for your last day.

The kitchen was almost empty, we got only two cups, but no plates, no cutlery, no sponge etc. The cleaning lady tried to help, but every day there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The taps and the front door were destroyed. There wasn't any safe deposit box in the apartment.

Friendly staff, clean pool area. Spacious apartment, big balcony, free capsule coffee, eco-friendly cosmetics. Delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Pool was not heated, staff in reception unfriendly, quality of the food low and all the time french fries and other deep-fried food.

We chose this hotel because it was in good location and it was supposed to have a heated pool and activities for children. When we arrived we found out the heating of the pool would start in 2 days and later on we were told it would start in the end of November (after we would have already gone home!). So during our stay we did not get to enjoy the heated pool. There are a lot of pools to choose from but none of them is heated before December and the water is freezing cold, even the water in childrens' pool. We were also disappointed in the quality of the food in the snack bar & restaurant, there is a lot of variety but quality is bad and food is cold. We got food poisoning during the first two days. The staff in the reception in general is unfriendly and uninformative but the staff in the restaurant is happy and welcoming! Hotel does not accept Amex even though it says so in booking.com. Activities like minidisco for children start very late, just at 20:30 or 21. Area is nice and rooms are very spacious and relatively clean.

Pool not heated. Dissapointed that as a family with baby we were put on a floor without a lift - asked to change room a few times but never happened.

The pool area was great (we used the family pool). Friendly staff. Variety of food on offer was good - enjoyed Spannish night.

This is really the best place for kids. Many activities, animators really do a great job. My child was excited about every day
