WOW! This property is absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The setting was beautiful and there are spectacular views of the mountains and valley. Every detail has been considered in the apartment and the property. It is immaculately maintained. Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and we were also supplied with BBQ equipment. The property is a short walk from a small village with a great bakery and shop, we also walked to a fabulous local restaurant. We drove to some stunning local villages. Rogier was the most fabulous host. He was very communicative and had great local recommendations.

Would have liked an extra single pillow as not used to Spanish style bolster but like 2 pillows. Slight odour from bathroom (due to septic tank arrangment?)

Stunning location, friendly and attentive host, quiet and relaxing environment. Swimming pool was a bonus and added to the pleasure, as did the private terrace. Simple but comfortable.

We loved the property, the views, the pool, the terrace. The hosts went above and beyond to recommend restaurants and all other things necessary for a perfect stay. The location of the property is spectacular with just a short drive to the beach/the city of Granada/the mountains of Sierra Nevada. Truly perfect vacation.

Parking is restricted and a little difficult

The property is well situated in the Lecrin Valley. The mountains and beaches are readily available. The accommodation was high class and very clean. Rogier and Alfonso take great pride in the accommodation which also serves as there home.

Extraordinary hospitality! Friendly hosts who did a lot of work in the background to ensure the premises remained at all times spotless. Wonderful room with private terrace and exceptional views of the valley. Super effective air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen (with Nespresso machine). And then, of course, the life-saving pool. Rogier and Alphonso made our stay a memorable one. Thank you. Highly recommend.

This place is perfect if You want to relax around a beautiful nature, amazing views and kind and always helpful and smiling hosts. Everything was great at our stay. Apartment is very clean, beds comfortable, swimming pool area and relaxing area as well, full with details and beautiful greenery. It's just 18 min. driving to Grenada so you can easily get there for sightseeing and hosts gave us all needed directions and recommendations. Contact with them was immediately. We hope to be back. It's kind of places where you feel like home far from home. Thank You guys!

Perfectly presented and in a beautiful setting with views across the valley & beyond. The gardens and outdoor areas (shared and individual) were delightful. Our apartment was one of four but felt very private and peaceful. we walked into the closest village (about 5 mins) for fresh bread at the bakery in the morning and a large supermarket was just 5 mins drives away)

there’s nothing not to like however as I like to practice yoga in the morning would have been nice to have a yoga mat as I didn’t bring one with me.

I love the beautiful surroundings and the Tranquility. Facilities were amazing, The little apartment had everything that you could possibly need for a homely stay. there is a beautiful swimming pool with a relaxing Sun deck / Lounge area overlooking a valley. no need for air-conditioning as you just leave the windows open for a clean breeze. there is a fan provide if you need it. The house were amazing and it was so easy to communicate via WhatsApp, I will definitely come here again. thank you to Rogier and partner for making it a very memorable stay in Andalusia.

We liked everything about this accommodation. Rogier and Alphonso were exceptional hosts, very friendly, supportive and polite. They kept everything very clean and tidy. The house we stayed in was very comfortable, well-equipped and in a beautiful location. Rogier and Alphonso made sure nothing was missing and checked everything was perfectly working. There was two supermarkets near the property, but you need a car. It is only 4 minutes away. We visited two amazing places near Dúrcal: La Ruta de los Bolos (amazing!) and los Banos de Urquízar. I would recommend everyone this property. We had an amazing time there. Thank you so much!!

This was the best place we stayed during our trip through Spain. Rojelio is a great host. The place was clean with all needed appliances including coffee and juice maker. Lemon and orange trees are all around the place what makes the atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. Overall we had a great time in Alojamiento Rural El Valle. Highly recommended!

El Valle turned out to be the best stay of our 10-day-road trip around Andalusia. All property is looked after well by the hosts and it shows. Fantastic pool, garden and the views. We loved it quite location, but this may not be to everyone taste. You will need a car to travel to the night life in Granada . That’s about the location, but regarding the property we cannot find anything we don’t like.

The location is so special , the pictures can’t convey how lovely this collection of 4 casas are. each casa has its unique features, gathered around beautifully maintained grounds, pool and social areas. The casas are immaculately kept you feel as though you are the first guests ever to stay . They are comfortable, and equipped for your every need. With the perfect location, 20 minutes from Granada, and 20 minutes from the coast and surrounded by beautiful countryside and small villages, El Valle will not disappoint. However there is one thing that makes this place extra special and that is the welcome you receive from the owners , Alphonso and Rogelio, who can’t do enough for you. As an extra we booked to have breakfast prepared for us each morning, lovely fresh produce started our day off perfectly. I would highly recommend added breakfast to your booking. This place is a wonderful discovery and one we will be returning too many times.

El Valle is a little paradise. Rogier and Alfonso are the most attentive and helpful hosts. The accommodation is traditional and comfortable with so many little extras that make it feel like a home. The communal terraces and gardens are delightful and beautifully presented. It is a tranquil environment and so conducive to a relaxing holiday with wonderful views.

The hosts were really welcoming and incredibly attentive, providing us with recommendations of where to eat and places to go to. They were super friendly and it created a nice atmosphere. The place is very well kept with great communal areas (pool, sitting areas and barbecue) as well as an individual terrace for when you’d prefer to sit by yourselves. Inside the apartment, the kitchen has good facilities for making your own meals. All very clean and proper! We hope to go back some other time.
