We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainA fridge in the room would be great as there was no where to keep the water cold for the children which in the summer isn't great! Air con was rather antiquated and defo in need of updating. Worked OK once it finally got going. Room was kept clean for us but the stairs and public areas to the rooms need a bit of a hoover!! Food wasn't always very warm. A little bit further to walk to things than I had realised. The pool is the main plus for this hotel. This is a great Spanish family hotel which we loved but UK people booking to come over need to be aware that this is not Levante and caters for Spanish taste before booking and then complaining!
Great family hotel ideal for my children who were 7 and 16 and there were children of the same age staying there so they could socialise. Really nice pool area with a water slide and the jacuzzi, adult and child's pool, play area for young children and pool side drink service. We went half board, food is ok, not good, not bad but worked out much cheaper than eating out and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Finestrat beach is small but sandy and pretty and a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Poniente beach about a 15 ish minute walk but wouldn't want to carry all the beach stuff there, nice for an evening walk. Bus stop right outside the hotel to travel to the centre, No.2 bus about every 20 mins, cost was €4.85 to Levante one way for the 3 of us. Evening entertainment was quite amusing, again family orientated and you need to understand Spanish. (We live in Spain and the children were born here so the hotel was great for us but if you are from the UK looking for a hotel that caters just for the Brits, this is not the place for you!) Overall had a great 5 days and the children throughly enjoyed themselves!

United Kingdomentertainment was all in Spanish so could not go and enjoy it. they should cater for all nationalities. food was always Luke warm/cold even the fresh items that got put out. I tripped over the door matt while exiting as it wasn’t secure to the floor, this is a hazard as the corner was lose and turned up, this should have been picked up on the daily walk round checks and rectified.

BEDS AROUND THE POOL COULD HAVE HAD SOME CUSIONS, AS THEY WERE VERY HARD PLASTIC AND NOT VERY COMFORTABLE , MY ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT.
