The hot water didn’t last for very long so it went cold halfway through the second person’s shower. There also weren’t any duvets. Only a light sheet and some heavier blankets in the cupboard which didn’t feel very cosy.

1.We arrived at 10 pm and although we specified "twin room" in the reservation, we were allocated a room with a double bed (room 8). In addition, the room had a strong musty smell. (Sorry, but the room nr. 8 needs renovation. Absolutely everything smells of mold: the closets, the bedding, the air.) They promised us to solve the problem the next day, which happened by changing the room(around 11 am). This incident was the only unpleasant incident with this accommodation. 2.There are many mosquitoes in the area, especially in the evening. Installing a mosquito net on the window would make the night more comfortable. 3.The towels are a bit old, although clean, they need to be replaced. 4.Offering a bottle of water would be a plus. It is very useful especially if you arrive after 9 pm when the shops are closed. 5.You can hear noise from other apartments.

The cleaning doesn't exist, you have to clean your room and empty bins. Not sure if the swimming pool had been cleaned during a week at all, especially small swimming pool for kids was very dirty and the floor in it was slippery because it wasn't cleaned. Pigeons pooping around the swimming pool and sometimes in the water as well. Check out at 10am.

Good quiet location, good kitchen facilities for money you pay. Friendly staff. The hotel for relaxing break if you have a quiet hotel guests at the same time with you at the hotel.

The apartment we were originally given appears unsuitable for stay when it rains after winter - i.e. in April. It had a very strong musty smell. This may not be the case during warmer drier months. It also begs for modernisation, and in particular regrouting the bathtub area. To name a few positives, the size of the apartment, parking and location were good but we were not able to appreciate them on this occasion.

Booked 3 nights. Unfortunately the apartment we were given was not in a good state. Arrived late at night and had to stay overnight. The management got in touch in the morning to resolve any problems. We could spend our next two nights in a different beautiful apartment in a different location the establishment owns within Cala Galdana - further up the hill. As much as we cannot recommend the first apartment, we would highly recommend booking an apartment at the other site of Alta Galdana.

- place look outdated - some rust in the fridge - because it was cold outside it felt cold inside, the air con does not heat up quickly and since it only in the bedroom it doesn't warm the living room as good. - TV was all channels in Spanish - maybe duvet only instead of a blanket

This is my second visit to this facility and certainly not the last. Clean and comfortable apartment on a quiet back street, 5 min to the bus stop, restaurants, markets and a beautiful beach. Spacious parking lot, quite large swimming pool. Comfortable outdoor seating area. Easy contact via Whatsapp, contactless check-in available even late at night. In the kitchen I found everything I needed to prepare a variety of meals for a week. Free coffee capsules, tea and sugar for the first morning. A nice view from the balcony encourages you to eat outdoors. Contrary to other opinions, I saw only one single mosquito. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Uncomfortable bed with sheets which untucked while sleeping and blankets which continually slipped off the bed. The kitchen was poorly equipped - no chopping board, no decent knives for preparing food, terrible coffee machine, the hob wasn’t properly fixed in place.

Great location, very peaceful but only 5 minutes level walking from the beach and shops. Some excellent restaurants even closer.
