There was mold in the bathroom, the sofa was durty and the kitchen was worn. Pillows were very soft.

We arrived before 3pm and the host let us leave our baggage while the apartment was being cleaned. The location was great, 3-5 min to the Seville cathedral and Alcazar. The bed was very big and confortamble.

Booked a two bedroom apartment only to find that we had to walk through one bedroom to access the living area and bathrooms. This was not made clear. If I had known I would not have booked.

The location for exploring Sevilla is perfect. Old Town and restaurants on the doorstep.

I had agreed that the codes would be sent by text to my phone but this didn't happen so we had to telephone on our arrival. The staff were helpful but the phone number I had been given didn't work.

Apartment didn't really have windows, except the one facing the street, so it was pretty dark inside The street outside was quite noisy, specially weekend nights More suitable for a family than a group of friends, as for reaching the double bedroom, you have to go through the triple room. Bathroom doors didn't lock

The washing machine was in the first floor for everyone to use and there were clothes left in the machines for days.

The location was fantastic. It was just a few steps from the Giralda. Also, there were many bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was modern and very clean. It was spacious and comfortable.

bedroom was divided by a sliding door. I had to walk into my friends room to get to the washroom. the pull out couch almost hit the furniture when opened. I had to climb over it to move from room to room.

We had no Wi-Fi connection as there was some bigger problem with the network. It was quite noisy as our apartment had windows to the street side. In general the apartment is poorly isolated and you can hear well the neighbours and sounds from patio or roof terrase. We would suggest the personnel cleans also the terrase as now tables were realy dirty and we had to make up a bit there ourselves in order to have breakfast there and enjoy the view.

The shower enclosure had a serious leak. Water all over the floor every time we showered. Floors were not very clean and the sofa hadn't been vacummed. Front door lock needed repairs. No exterior windows, unless you climbed up the spiral staircase to the rooftop patio which was too hot to use.

Kitchen no more than adequate. Could do with a pair of scissors and a can opener for example. Coffee machine great though! The only bathroom is en suite with the main bedroom which could be an issue.

Location, location, location. Few minutes from the big sights and bars and restaurants aplenty only a few hundred metres away. Couldn't be better.

The apartment is divided by the next one by a door and you can hear everything. Not very nice for privacy and noise. The flat is essential so no washing machine or dishwasher if you are the kind of stay in person.

Surely the location and the cleaness. The flat is small but nice. There are not restaurant underneath so you can sleep well. We went during winter and it was warm. Communication with the owner was good. Self check in very effective.
