All staff was amazing very helpful always ready to help, and always with a smile in their face, family friendly as my son was very talkative. And something that I have notice front he entrance, the hotel smells Amazing, like clean sheets...

This was so much better than any 3* (and some 4*) hotels I’ve stayed it. Lovely staff at reception, so clean, fantastic shower. Room was on the smaller side (but comfortable and space to walk around the bed), but there is a spacious and comfortable communal seating area with sofas and coffee. The location is awesome - about a 3 minute walk from the Guggenheim and 30 seconds from an airport bus stop (about 15 mins journey to the airport). Highly recommend!

Sometimes the water pump in the bathroom makes a weird sound when you open the water but it was fine for us.

The location was perfect. If you are traveling with public transport from the airport, the first stop of the bus leaves you right in front of the hotel. It is super close to Guggenheim and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable & clean and had all the things needed for a short stay. The entrance is decent but the rooms are better in terms of design and elegance.

Room decor felt like an IKEA showroom, completely devoid of any local charm. Metal bedside tables made a lot of noise. "Breakfast" was 2 pre-packaged cookies and instant coffee. Mattress was extra firm.

Excellent location for Guggenheim. Easy walk to old town. Very clean. Huge room with fabulous windows. Helpful and friendly English-speaking front desk staff. Great shower and bathroom lighting.

Exceeded expectations. Looks like it has been recently renovated, very clean, simple rooms but with everything. Good bathroom. Excellent location in Bilbao, very close to museum and main streets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend for the price.

At 2 min away from the Guggenheim museum and with a very good bar close by it, this was a very nice surprise. The interior is very unique, with many details and we found the room really beautiful. The bed are very comfortable, nice shower with shampoo and shower gel inside already, spacious areas. The bus stop to get the bus towards the airport is literally outside the entrance.

We liked everything but if there's something to note is that the parking is in another building and require to walk one street before reaching the hotel.

Superb double room with a lot of space. There was even a living room area in the building where we could enjoy. The location was also perfect to visit everything in Bilbao. Would come back again

The location was close to the Gugenheim museum and more importantly, right behind the bus stop of the airport shuttle line 3248. So there was no walking to the hotel once we got the €3 per person ride from the hotel to the downtown first stop

The hotel has a very strong smell of washing powder or cleaning detergents.

It was clean, the beds were big and comfortable and there was a nice shared area outside. It was also in a very good location.

Water pump makes noise in ceiling when water is used by any room. Just a minor disruption as the rest of the stay was great.

Location, firm bed, minibar, good bathroom. Received upgrade. Attentive staff.

Location directly next to the first bus stop from the airport. Also within walking distance to lots of good restaurants and the Guggenheim. Friendly staff. Check out time of 12:00 was greatly appreciated as was holding our bags for a few hours afterwards.
