Little things missing in the rooms (salt/pepper/backing sheets, tinfoil) 5 Star Appartement but only two dishwasher tabs, any more must be bought. Towels and a mirror in the gym would have been nice. The communication at the front desk wasnt always ideal and the kitchen staff didnt always catch the wishes. It is way worth its money but for a 5 star hotel those things should be included and work smoother.

A few more pegs in the bathroom to hang up wet towels. And hopefully a few more channels on the TV along with netflix working.

These are brand new apartments and everything is immaculate. The rooms are cleaned daily which is a real bonus. The staff were very helpful. The whole place looks and smells amazing! The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. We loved our stay and we will be staying again in November.

Very friendly staff, even though they were clearly understaffed. Management needs to take this into account, because in all honesty the accommodation was really quiet. They can not enjoy doing their jobs like this, personel was stressed. They should be treated better with more help/staffing at bar and breakfast for sure Amazing apartment price - quality wise

No enough USB ports around the apartment. Only one plug socket is not enough in the kitchen area, to run all the electrical equipment eg toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Two pans and a frying pan is not enough. During the day there was some loud machinery on a building site opporsite, that will finish eventually though. The hotel needs a general inside bar, as the only bar open at night was the pool bar and it was too cold to sit outside when we were there. There was no entertainment at all. The on site shop could have a wider choice.

Staff were very helpful on arrival. Very Modern, clean and comfortable room, very quiet during the night, got a great sleep. Well equipped gym. A very welcome free drink on arrival. The wifi was not fully fitted when we were there but the manager gave us a portable modem which helped us greatly. The evening restaurant food was excellent and tasty, I could recommend the pork cheeks any day. The pool was lovely and slightly heated which was fantastic.

It was a little far out from restaurants and bars and the bar on site was very quiet. Some parts still being worked on which is understandable so not everything open or working although we were informed of this before arrival. The non-pool view rooms overlook a car park and I imagine the lower floors do not have a good view at all.

The staff work incredibly hard to keep the place immaculate and looking at its best. The pool area is lovely. There are plenty of sunbeds and they are comfortable. Towels aplenty both in the room and available at the pool. Daily cleaning was thorough and the apartment was spacious and well decorated. Air con was effective. Two bedroom apartment was very comfortable for a family of four adults. All amenities were good.

I would suggest that they provide a service to bring you to Amarillo golf club. It would have been nice to have had some English speaking channels on the television

The only thing that was not perfect was WiFi. For the first few days we didn't have internet connection in our apartment however, after few days it became good. On the other side of the street, there is a construction work (probably some hotel too) which was quite loud but this is something that is not dependent on Amarilla Golf Residences.

I can't mention one thing that I liked about this place. This place was an amazing experience, starting from reception, where Hector (a great, kind and helpful person!) introduced us, answered our questions and even helped with our luggage. Amazing, two-bathroom apartment with separate AC in the bedroom and living room, a big balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Thanks to the amazing staff, the apartment was always clean, and we've never run out of any accessories or cosmetics. The delicious breakfasts, where we were perfectly served by Pedro, Mayide and Rossy (all of them always wonderfully kind). The pool has warm water, quality equipment, and a bar next to the pool with a stunning offer of food and drinks. There is even a small game zone with air hockey, 8-pool, table football, etc. (big thanks to the wonderful lady in reception for doing everything possible to find a change from 20€ so we can play the mascot catch). Worth mentioning is also the dinner menu, which is out of this world. I'm still amazed by the softness of the meat and the art of serving the dinner.

The a la carte breakfast is a mess and not well organized. We needed to wait a long time before someone ordered our breakfast because they were understaffed.

Fabulous little oasis! 15 mins taxi to Siam Water Park, 15 minutes from Los Christianos, 10 minute walk from the local Marina with a nice Tepanaki and coastal walk. The Hotel itself is in immaculate condition and the staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was little kids pool for small children and that all of the rooms on the ground floor connecting to the pool have a ramp from the balcony down to the pool, and from the pool to the dining areas, which would make it very accessible for anyone who might be mobility impaired or anyone looking to move around with a buggy. There's also a nice little touch of a small amusements in the grounds at the back of the hotel with air hockey, a pool table, fuseball, an old school packman machine and a few other games. Internet wasn't an issue for us as we had an inclusive package in our home country so roaming was still free, so we just used a hotspot. The signal was perfect. We had a wonderful relaxing experience.

Wi-Fi not working, elevators not working, still not 100% finished with workmen around. Half of the apartments overlook the car park which should have been built at the rear. Best to have a car as pretty remote location. No a great deal of restaurants etc nearby. Large supermarkets 5 km away near motorway junction in industrial area . Poolside cocktails about 10-12€ served in small glasses with large amounts of ice! Local construction work 200 metres away .

For us personally, the memory foam mattress was too firm and made me sweat, even with the air con. We prefer a softer mattress. No full-length mirrors in any of our apartments, which all the women agreed, would have been nice to have when getting dressed for the evening. We did leave this feedback with them when we checked out. One thing I forgot to mention there, was the restaurant menu. The restaurant itself is stunning, but there were no chicken options and only 1 vegan (falafels), which are a tad boring. These wouldn't stop us all staying again though, we had the best time.

Lovely new accommodation, apartments were well equipped. Staff were helpful, cheerful and worked very hard to keep the place looking immaculate. There were a group of us, and all of us loved the place. Great showers, cooking facilities very good (there's a little supermarket round the corner) Still a few areas of the hotel not open yet, which is a shame...(inside bar, 2 outside seating areas at the back)

Our family is the 2nd time in Tenerife. We traveled to TNS Airport and from there we rented a car to facilitate travel around the island. LOCATION: Since we had a car, I cannot say if the location is good or bad (from perspective of people with limited mobility (e.g. people that needs public transportation or taxi), but from our subjective perspective: - The view towards the Ocean was simply amazing (for me was bonus of the morning routine) - The travel from AMARILA Golf Residence towards any beach was very short time spending - Parking outside the hotel facilities is free (but outside the hotel is equivalent to parking inside the hotel :-) being a literally 3 steps between the 2 parking lots) BREAKFAST: The type of breakfast (served at the table) is simply amazing. - Fruits ..... Fresh pastry ...... various breads ...... madelaines ..... croissants ........ - Eggs of any type you can dream on..... Simply ask Pedro and you will get it. (sorry for not mentioning other colleagues but I am bad at names :-(......but all of them are amazing...... I love this model of breakfast more than buffet simply because the wasting gets minimized and most of the people usually taking more than they eat.. POOL: The pool is not fascinating me as I have one at home and for us the trip to sea side is for the sea itself. However, we spent 2 partial days at the pool with kids and friends and is amazing. Again, subjectively talking: - 1.40m height 20 x 5m pool can get you the perfect size for both kids and people they want to practice - some people says that water is cold in the ocean: for us was as we want it :-) - some people says that pool is cold: for us was PERFECT TEMPERATURE. Is very important to read the review through the eyes of the user ....... ROOM: CLEAN....HUDGE... The hotel is new and if they will manage to keep it as is now, t will surpass many hotels in the island very fast. All the furniture is new and modern Bad are great....pillows are excellent STAFF: AMAZING
