Very good place for relaxing, very beautiful bay just at the side of the flat. You can dive or swim there even in Feb. Very safe community and very quiet. The swim pool is also super good, very clean and the temperature is comfortable. A supermarket is just 100 meters away.

the average age in the resort is probably 60+ 🙂 There is no restaurant/shop in the resort. You can not exit the resort by yourself after handing over the keys (when leaving) and you have to wait at the gate for someone to open the gate (this might take a while).

Location was excellent , ideal for walking, driving and lovely outlook over the sea from balcony . Lovely swimming pool , never overly busy. Apartment was ideal . Great place . Restaurants and supermarket conveniently close too

Not really much. Just a little message to David: please get more toilet paper in the bathroom when we are there next time. 2 small rolls won´t suffice for a week-long stay :p

It exceeded our expectation! We had a little bit hard time to find the main entrance for the first time but thanks to David´s timely and detailed guidance we made it! The apartment was amazing! Neat and clean in every nook and cranny. The whole complex and this very apartment is so cool as you can easily find whatever you would need for an enjoyable stay. Do not know much about the public transportation but we'd recommend a car. You get an amazing view of the vast Atlantic Ocean straight from the balcony. More importantly, you feel much safe during the stay.

Unfortunately there was a renovation going on in an apartment in the block in front, so hammering and drilling for several hours a day. That, of course, is absolutely not David´s fault!!! But it was a shame of what otherwise would have been a perfect stay!!!

The communication with David was very pleasant, he was very helpful. The location of the studio is very good, beautiful views, and the condominium is quiet. I was looking for a place to relax for the last 2 days of my trip, after traveling the island, and the studio is perfect for that. The pool area is very well taken care of, with plenty of sunbeds. The gardens in the complex are beautiful.

The apartment is exactly like the photos, the view from the terrace is stunning. The host has thought of everything, you feel just like home. There is air con, ceiling fan, smart tv, coffee machine and washing machine and more. We loved our stay. There is also plenty of parking.

Loved the clean, calm, quiet environment with the gorgeous view. So easy for bus and supermarket. Plenty of restaurants close by too.. loved the fact that the owner checked in on us by WhatsApp a couple of times.

In my opinion the apartment wasn't perfectly clean : there was this strange faint smell, like rancid oil , especially in cupboards and wardrobes, so we couldn't keep our clothes or food there. Also the kitchenware was a bit greasy to the touch A lot of noise every morning - I know that some of that is needed to keep the complex in such a good shape , and this I didn't mind . But another apartment in the building was being renovated (walls demolished, for example ) and the noise was deafening. Those are not condition you expect during your holidays, and in my opinion we should be at least forewarned. Also, the person they send to welcome us and give us keys didn't speak English (like : at all! not a single word , according to him ...)

The balcony is the best feature of this apartment - I loved the view : ocean, palm trees, promenade and pool. The wiev is exactly as in the photos , nothing Photoshopped here :) Even at night it was pleasant to watch the colorful lighting of the pool . The whole complex was nice , with lots of green areas, and the pool was the cleanest I've ever seen.

The apartment was really clean and tidy, there were also some supplies for making breakfast. The pool was amazing and the garden of the complex was really nice and big. The host was really polite and the check in instructions were very clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a vacation.

It is only because I had something to compare with in the same trip - I can say that this apartment wasn't perfectly clean in my opinion. A lot of noise every morning - but that is needed to keep complex in a good looking shape and probably another apartment in the building was getting renovated. It's all for greater good, but you have to deal with the noise after 9 AM. Otherwise all good! I still recommend this.

Size of the apartment - very spacious. The host  - very very nice person, gave a lot of instructions for check-in and later was helping me whenever it was needed. Balcony - I liked the view: ocean, palm trees, promenade and pool. Even at night it was beautiful as the pool had colorful lighting. Spending some mornings and evenings on the balcony was a pleasure. Territory - the complex was very good looking and big (but I got lost when I first came) and the pool was nice too. The bed was also comfortable for me.

Great apartment with excellent view over the ocean Fully equiped kitchen, from tools to cook to wine and champagne glasses ;). Big room and an exceptional balcony with amazing view and perfect space for having your breakfast every morning. Close to supermarkets and some restaurants. Very good host, which ease your sray and give you all the information that you need. Everything clean and great price-quality rapport. We ll defiantly stay here when coming back to Tenerife.
