It's pretty rare that a hotel gets absolutely everything right. All I can say is this hotel gets EVERYTHING right. We were delighted by the comfort, staff, ambience, facilities, food, location; I could go on.... It's a really lovely hotel and worth the money.

We can not think of anything we did not like.

We stayed one night but wish it had been for longer. We were 2 couples, 1 from England, 1 from the USA. The location was perfect, right in the centre, hotel had its own underground parking which was easy to access right beside hotel. We were given a welcome drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Staff were unbelievably welcoming. The hotel was very grand and stylish, so beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had a great vibe, very calming and relaxing.. We all loved it. Bedrooms were so well designed, bath, shower, two sinks, a very comfy sofa, and very comfy huge bed. The room had a balcony. Ours looked down over an elegant lane with a restaurant's outside seating area. It was idyllic. The hotel had a rooftop bar with spectacular views. We can't wait to return and will definitely stay for longer. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel. The front staff were great, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Went the extra step. When I had trouble scheduling a wake up call, they advised how to set the wake up, and they even offered to come to our room to show us how to do it. Location great, close to the sea and in the historic section. Great breakfast. In addition to a buffet you could order a variety of egg dishes. Excellent bed and thick towels. Easily the nicest hotel I have stayed in recently.

The complimentary tea and coffee provided in the room was very frugal: only one bag of black tea between 2 people and only 2 (non decaffeinated) coffee pods. Not ideal if both tea drinkers.The mini bar was very expensive: a small bottle of sparkling water costing 4 euros and the safe being very near the floor (not an ideal location) to bend down and see what you had put in it. In the breakfast lounge it would be better if there were more than one coffee/tea machine to reduce queuing especially as the holiday season gets busier

Good central location within walking distance of the promenade and old town etc. Great view from the roof top; very comfortable beds and great reception on arrival with a glass of cava as a nice welcoming touch.A great adjoining tapas bar and restaurant fondillon and the flamenco show on Thursday evenings is well worth seeing

Shower over bath was ok but a bit dated and sealant around bath could do with replacing. No hooks to hang bath robes and towels.

People were allowed to ‘reserve’ sun beds by the rooftop pool by leaving towels on them and then going out for the day. One party managed to claim almost all of the beds on two days which seems really unfair. The hotel needs to introduce a policy forbidding this.

It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The location is close to the old town and the seafront and the staff are all brilliant.

Decor was a little drab and not much natural light in the rooms No iron or clothes steamer, no shower cap

Great location in old town and near beach, lobby area was spacious and luxe, fabulous (compact) rooftop pool, loungers and bar, great massage at spa, nespresso pods in room, glassware in room was beautiful, every single member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful, bottle of cava on arrival much appreciated
