We received the information for our stay the morning of our arrival and could not access it as no wifi or roaming. Would have been better to receive it the day before. The info was in Spanish which we have very little but we have travelled a lot so could decipher what we thought were the important points.

the apartment was super cute and clean, and they offered up a lot of amenities. the host was so nice, and he escorted us to the free parking, which was key, as we would have never realized we could park there. the location was perfect.

Of course, since Bermeo life happens in the streets, it might feel loud at times, but truly it was very quiet at bedtime.

All was fine, maybe make easier to turn on bathroom light or put a nightlight in bathroom ?

Liked the windows (double-paned for decent sound insulation and easy to open for good ventilation on corner apt), excellent hot water, good space for unpacking bags, good kitchen provisions, excellent hospitality from hosts, situated across street from small store with bread from early morning, all in a quaint Basque fishing village.

People who have difficulty climbing stairs or are carrying heavy luggage will have to climb stairs on the way from parking to the property

As it is located on the street level, it's not the most quiet place for a longer sleep-in. (No traffic though, only locals chatting in the street.)

A perfect location in the historic centre, overlooking the marina, close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Due to being winter and the heating off when I arrived the downstairs basement sleeping area smelt mouldy and cold. Could not get the downstairs heater going

The upstairs of the apartment where nice, clean and modern. WiFi and warm water very good. Kitchen well equipped . Information on parking etc where excellant but I had to phone owner to actually find the apt. Few doors further down from actual office. At €54 per night in such low season I found this not good value for money.

Room was ground floor with very little natural light and ventilation. Slightly musky odor.

Nice easy self check in. Good instructions for free car park. Spacious room. Good communication, super close to waterfront.

The apartment has 2 floors - one is ground level and one is below ground level. The one below was very humid and lacking natural light. There was mold at the corners and there was a smell of mold in the air. The bathroom door was squeaking awfully, and the shower door was not closing well.

Excellent location in the heart of Bermeo, Close to the center and the restaurants and the port. Bermeo itself is a beautiful little city, and the beach is really spectacular. The host was very nice, and the apartment had most of the things you would need.

Apartment is ok, but it is not accesible by car as written in the description. It is located in limited traffic zone. Also there were no blankets on the bed. The owner insisted to photo our personal documents, which is condidered unsafe and disadvised by EU.

Parking is not at the appartement but in the harbour. Bed is not comfortable if you have backpain.
