Fabulous location...2 minute walk to the cathedral right in the center of the historic district. Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed . Fridge in the room. Soap supplied in the bathroom. Nice entrance to the hotel with complimentary coffee and cake for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

This is a very comfortable hotel in the center of the old town has an interesting history. Our room was spacious and Christina and Emma were informative, helpful and kind.

It was very near the Cathedral and other shops, restaurants, etc. If you are a practicing Catholic, you will appreciate that it is right next door to a lovely small Blessed Sacrament chapel which stays open till very late. There is a lovely lounge and freshly made coffee by the receptionist and a muffin or slice of cake is served for breakfast for free. The room and is very spacious. Luggage storage was easy.

We Brits always like a kettle to make tea and apart from the breakfast slot there was no place to get a cup of tea.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, the location is amazing, the beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. It was quiet and clean and lovely.

Everything was just great. The bed and pillows were so comfy, the towels fantastic. The area where we had a complementary coffee and cake in the morning was lovely. We got let down by another hotel and booked this one at last minuet we are so please we did because this one is far superior.

The style of the decor was a little bit antiquated, but it was really no big deal

The location is incredible, right in the centre of Ávila, a few seconds away from the cathedral. The price was super reasonable for the quality and location. Although there was no full breakfast, they did offer complimentary coffee and small cakes in the morning.

Beds move easily, quite annoying noise from own but also neighbouring rooms. Cud be stopped by a rubber plate below bed at no costs.

Loved everything

Definitely not the run-of-the-mill hotel, the place has a lot of character and as soon as you walk in you know you made the right choice (extra-friendly staff strengthens that feeling). Everything is great about the place... comfort, cleanliness, helpful front desk staff, location... Wouldn't think of anywhere else if I'm lucky enough to return to Avila.

Everything was perfect!

Wow! When you are budget traveling, it's not very often that you are blown away by a hotel. Antika Snoga went way past our expectations. It was perfectly located, very clean and quiet, the staff were amazing, the room was nice, the bathroom was great, and they even surprised us with some coffee and a muffin when we got up. If we come back to Avila, there is no doubt this is where I would want to stay.

The mattress was a bit hard but that is a matter of taste.

Location: 5 minutes from on of the main parking lots, gate to the city walls and new and old squares; 2 minutes from the cathedral. Very nice and helpful staff. Didn`t order breakfast but they offered anyway. Nice and clean room. Nice sized bathroom.
