A bit longer walk from the railway station, it was on the opposite side of the downtown. We did not meet the host, everything was done by booking.com messenger. Typical issues with apartment kitchen utensils: please, sharpen your kniwes and get some decent wine glasses.

Historical house reconstructed as a set of apartments. It got great atmosphere. Close to the cathedral and to the downtown streets with tourist shops and restaurants. Big rooms and bathrooms. Quality shower gel and shampoo in the shower. The only one person from our group, who smoked he was happy to have a small smoking area in the courtyard where he could have a smoke.

The alleys are very narrow. since i was driving a car, it was a challenge to navigate. The parking spots are very small and challenging.

The check in process and the communication with the host was absolutely perfect. The place is so beautiful . I have not found anything like this. It was perfect for my family.

The property is within the walls of the old city. A very authentic experience. It is very spacious with well appointed bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, lounge. There are no staff on site, but the booking in process was all provided through bookings.com, key codes for the entry were clearly communicated and matched with photos so it was clear exactly what to do. Thank you for making our stay lovely - wish it was longer. The only issue is parking if you have a car. No parking on site, but about a 5minute walk.

Just a bit noisy in the bedroom closest to the street. Of course there are not so many cars but they pass very close beside the window. Also noise can be heard from the upstairs apartment. But not a significant enough point to detract from the overall rating.

The accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of space for five adults and a child, and everything we needed in terms of amenities (2 bathrooms was much appreciate!). It was perfect for our Christmas vacation and everyone was very pleased. The location was also excellent with just a short walk up to the cathedral. The communication from friendly and accommodating hosts was great. Would not hesitate to recommend and return again another time. Thank you!

Bedroom floor space was a bit small. Another mirror, a floor length type, would be nice to have, wherever there was availble wall space. WiFi had some issue connecting, the host tried very hard to remedy the issue - not a big concern to us. We would definitely book here again if in Toledo!

Everything was great - even driving through the narrow streets in our oversized rental car. We really appreciated Luis' help to locate the parking garage and help park our car. If you are arriving by car, be sure to rent as small of a car as you can, as the charming old streets are narrow, winding, with many sharp turns!

The apartment and location was fabulous, but the best part of our stay was Fabiola, our host. She was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She truly cares for her guests, which made the overall experience that much better. As for the apartment, it was immaculate and comfortable, in a great location, and we appreciated the extra effort of having cold water bottles and muffins upon our arrival! We loved Toledo and hope we can return for a longer stay one day.
