The price apparantly was a bit too high (probably because of that week being Bear week and Carnivals). But defo will stay there again.

The location is amazing. The reception is nice and the placce is very spacious. Everything is easy. Defo will stay with them again.

Nice, spacious flat a few minutes walk from the beach front and near shops, restaurants and bars. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Good value for the price I paid.

Could have had another key

It was simple, went to reception told them our booking provided our passports and they handed us the keys. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed , the fridge freezer is excellent and the washing machine a real bonus, we never ran out of hot water a great apartment.

On Friday and Saturday the music was very loud from the party/nigt club downstairs until 6am in the morning, so we didn't get as much sleep.

Amazing location with a beautiful pool and close to the beach and restaurants.The staff was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was great with all necessary kitchen equipment, and the beds were comfy.

The drains in the bathroom really smelt after showering or running the taps. Sofa in the living room was very worn, meant sitting on it covered you in black bits of leather.

The location was fantastic, quiet in the day but walking distance from restaurants and nightlife. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Amenities were good & spare pillows (one of my absolute musts)! Lovely apartment.

Flat smells cigarettes, but smell really hits. Previous people smoked in the flat even there is no smoking sign. We opened the sofa bed to prepare the bed and moving part come all the way out The bathroom has no ventilation so ceiling is pealing and there is full of humidity. Shower is covered with calcium which looked dirty. Overall flat is over used and needs renovation. (not to look modern just to look clean and normal flat) On the details flat was described as sound proof, we were able to hear the music on the street so I guess that need to be deleted not to give wrong expectation to the people.

Bed is very comfy Flat has plates, dishes, dish soap, juice maker, toaster and pans. Flat owner has good intention but needs to take time to renovate the flat.

Apartment was dirty and smelled like vinegar. Air conditioning was not powerful enough for the whole apartment so it was extremely hot in the bedroom. Bedroom has no windows that you can open. Bathroom has no airflow system so it is humid inside, shower is missing doors, there is washing machine but no detergent. Overall very bad experience we were happy to leave after 2 nights.

Pool area is really nice and location was pretty good.

Our apartment was above a nightclub that was open from 12 midnight until 6 am during the 3 nights that we were there. It was a nightmare. We couldn't sleep at all! We have never been in a place where the noise is so loud and unbearable all night. If you are in Gran Canaria to party, this place is good but if you need to sleep at night, then this is certainly not the place for you. As for us, we will never come back to this apartment.

It's in an area with a lot of night life, bars and drinking, I think I would prefer a less lively area. So people will love this but.

I liked the apartment and how they had thought of everything you would need, it was also very clean.
