I appreciated a lot the location (10 min walk from the center), the perfect cleanliness, the utilities, the airy appearance of the room and the communication with the host. I was impressed by the attention to detail - coffee, tea, muffins, biscuits. The parking space was a big plus for us. We felt very lucky with this accommodation.

Very nice, well equiped apartment. Locaton is good, not far from the centre and not to far for beaches, didn t use our car at all basically. The garage is a big +. The owner is very reactive to messages and everything is explained clearly on arrival.

Very nicely renovated and very clean appartment. Sergio the owner left very useful recommendations for local restaurants. At arrival, some breakfast items were available to us (like milk, coffee, tea, juices, cookies,...), which we appreciated a lot. The appartment is not huge but gives all the comfort that is needed and is well located close to the city centre.

the studio is very nicely decorated and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. In the kitchen we found for us cookies, mineral water, milk and fruit juices as well as coffee pods for the coffee machine, tee, sugar,..,..., Very nice and appreciated. Very quiet apartment, closing the wood shades over night stops all the noise from outside. And the owner does not charge for his underground parking space offered to us. Excellent communication and we got great suggestions for visiting around.

We loved every bit of our stay! Nothing worth not liking.

We loved every bit of our stay at Sergio's beautiful apartment. Sergio is such a kind and helpful host, and his apartment was decorated with so much love and attention to detail, right from the handcrafted furnishings, down to the gorgeous cutlery, the complimentary snacks and wonderful coffee he equipped the kitchen with. We were most amazed to know that Sergio built most things in the apartment with his own hands, which makes it even more special to stay there. The place is spectacularly clean, centrally located, a pleasant 10 minute walk from all the major attractions like the cathedral and the Museo Picasso. Sergio provided us with a map and took time to explain the historical and cultural importance of different areas of Malaga, along with some really good recommendations for both must-see places and good food spots! We would highly recommend staying at Sergio's gorgeous apartment and experiencing his lovely hospitality. Thank you Sergio! :)

The apartment is new, very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is on the walking distance from the center. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Place was super clean when we entered and very well taken care of. Some small details (coffee, snacks, etc) are also thought of. Good location: 5-10 minutes by foot to all major attractions. And of course, parking - which is great bonus. Not to mentioned that Sergio is great host. Our flight got delayed and he met us in person at nearly 3 am.

Everything was superlative, Sergio an extraordinary host, he gave us all the necessary information for a successful stay. In the apartment you can find everything you need, I've rarely seen anything like this before. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated.

Our friendly host Sergio was easy to contact and met us at the agreed time to open the garage to park our car. The apartment had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable. The historic centre of Malaga is a short (10 minute) walk away. Sergio gave us helpful information about the sights and restaurants.

The mattress is very firm, if you are a side sleeper as I am, you might find it a bit uncomfortable.

Fabulous studio in the heart of Malaga. Fully equipped, super clean, functional and yet stylish. We stayed only one night but the apartment is perfect even for long stays. Sergio is the perfect host, always available, kind and attentive - he gave us lots of useful information about the city and its attraction. 100% recommended.
