How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing at all
Very clean, comfortable and very close to everything. Had a smart TV plus a smaller TV in the enclosed balcony. Even though you were close to the bars, there was no noise once you closed the doors

I'm not used to hearing neighbours so the noise did keep me awake. It wasn't anything other than normal living sounds like showers running, chairs being moved etc. Not loud music. Could hear the strip but with windows and blinds closed it was muted and not intrusive.
Had just about everything you could need! Including a washer/dryer. Fabulous location. Literally 2 minutes to the beach in front. Directly onto the strip out the back, opposite Western Saloon. Bed was the most comfortable one I've slept on in years. Nice to have a bidet hose too! WiFi was ok, No English speaking tv channels on either of the tvs, and couldn't log into netflix, but managed to watch stuff on You tube.

Too convenient!!! I popped back to apartment as its so close, to get more money when drunk and picked up my phone which I later had stolen 🙈 Nothing to do with the apartment which is excellent 🙃 😊
Great, newly furnished apartment in a great location just off the strip. Host was excellent. Only on second floor so easy to get up the stairs even though there is a lift. No noise from bars as the apartment has extra shutters on the windows. Would stay again.

First time staying at the apartment , what a great find! . The room was great , 1 double bed , 2 sofa bed and a couch slept 4 comfortably. Clean and tidy. Amazing location , access right opposite western saloon , which makes finding the apartment very easy at night ! Speaking to the owner before arrival made everything easy during the stay and at departure. Would def stay here again 👍🏻

Everything was fantastic.
Excellent location in the New town, but not noisy if you wanted an early night. Landlord was a friendly guy who met me after my drop off and handed me the keys with entry instructions of how to get into building. Apartment was spotless with a kitchen area, bedroom lounge with huge smart TV and through the doors was another room with table and chairs, another and balcony overlooking Avenida meditterrano with a seaview.

The apartment is by far the best we have stayed in on any of our Benidorm trips. Perfect location, facilities and very, very comfortable bed. Will definitely be returning. Host was a lovely helpful man.

Very spacious, well equipt has everything and more you need. Perfect location very central. The owner if this apartment is such a nice man. He communucates very well through out and meets you at the apartment. Would not stay in any other apartment after staying here.

All really good.
Very, very nice apartment. Spotlessly clean and nice furniture. Ideally placed for everything that you will want to do in Benidorm. Hany made the check in/check out procedures really simple and was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely return

The location is excellent right in the middle of the lively night life but don’t let that put you off when the shutters are down you can not hear the music. Added bonus of being a minute from the beach. Lift access to rooms. Clean on arrival with enough facilities to help the stay go smoothly

Brand new apartment, great host! Beach is just across the road. All Benidorm activities are a few steps away. We appreciated free gated parking. Don't hesitate. It is hard to fail with this one.
