Nothing to say, I was lucky to find this place

I recommend these apartments to groups of friends or families with kids. Everything as described + a few additional perks. Communication with Francis, the host - excellent. He is very helpful and polite. General atmosphere (cleanliness, towels, beach towels, disposable home shoes, pleasant smell) - excellent. Comfy beds - absolutely, and a lot of comfy places to sit around in the living room. Kitchen - fully equipped for cooking, exceeded expectations. Washing machine, dryer, and a few additional appliances in the small household room). Toys and swimming stuff for kids. A very nice view from the windows and the outstanding territory of the apartment building with a large swimming pool, bushes & flowers. In May it was quiet and peaceful enough. The beach is in a pleasant 5-min walk - San Juan is fantastic, suitable for kids and long walks along the shore with a mountain view. Some basic foods and beverages can be found 1 min from the apartments. Nice cappuccino, churros, hot chocolate and toasts are 3 min from the apts (La Boutique Churros and Cafe). Some big grocery shopping - Mercadona in a 10-min walk (don't forget to take a trolley provided!).

We did cook in one night, the oven didn’t seem to get that hot. This may have been because we were using it incorrectly, but if you’re a family might be worth checking with Francis

The property was conveniently positioned for the tram into the city and the beach was aprx 500m away. The local restaurants are great, try Bruto for Italian, Lorea restaurant on the beach front was great. Please Rembrr this area is real Spain so be patient if the don’t understand you at first, use translate or learn a little Spanish before hand. Enjoy !

Comfortable apartments with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Many details have been taken into account. A very pleasant and responsive host, Francis, who can help with any questions related to your stay and visiting attractions. Excellent location, with grocery stores, the beach, and transport stops nearby. It's very convenient to reach various parts of Alicante by public transport. The apartments are located in a cozy complex with green areas and a nice pool, tennis courts, sports, and children's playgrounds.

This property is wonderful. Francis is the perfect host and made everyone happy and relaxed. The apartment was very clean, too. There is a large swimming pool, better for summer than in April. There are tennis courts, too. A cafe is on site which has a bar and it was really nice. The Playa San Juan is just down the street and there are many restaurants on the beach there. We had a lovely lunch there one day. The tram is right in front of the apartment building so easy to get into to Alicante for a visit. This is a lovely part of Alicante, not very far from downtown but still within an easy tram ride or drive or taxi ride, not to mention the apartment location is pretty quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Francis.

The apartment was very pretty, and the park around it exceeded our expectations! There were so many beautiful trees, it was very relaxing and quiet, perfect for a good rest! It created its own beautiful, cooling micro-climate!! The location was perfect, because of all the little stores around the corner! We could buy fresh bread every day to make breakfast, or have a coffee or a sandwich. The beach was close by and 2 tram lines and buses stopped right at the entrance, so we could just hop on and off for a sightseeing, didn't even need a car! We had everything in the apartment we needed, and the host, Francis was very helpful with anything we needed! We would definitely return in the future!

Excellent location, right by the tram stop and short walk to the beach. Surrounded by convenient food and grocery options. Very nice area, easy to get downtown. Francis was an excellent host, very professional, helpful, communicative. He really goes the extra mile for guests. Great information provided. Apartment is wonderful, very comfortable and extremely well stocked for families. Highly recommended.

This is very minor. The bathroom door handle was a bit stiff and at times took us a little while to open it. The headboard on one of the single beds came of the wall one evening. But these were not enough to spoil our stay.

The apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities one could hope for. Location was great aswell. Situated opposite the metro stop which took you direct in the main centre of Alicante. The beach was a 6-8 minute walk from the apartment which contained a fair few cafes and restaurants. There was a bakery,cafe and convenience store steps away from the apartment. The host Francis was a great host. Incredibly helpful in telling us how to get to places and what to go and see. I ordered an Uber Eats one evening and Francis helped communicate with the driver on where to be to collect the food.

Great apartment with everything you need! The host is very kind and helpful. We were four friends who stayed for five nights and we were really happy with the apartment. And it's perfect that it has two bathrooms. The tram stops right outside so it was really easy to go in to Alicante. Very close to the lovely San Juan beach.

The apartment was fantastic. The perfect size and had everything you could possibly need. The location is great, being only a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops are right on your doorstep. There is plenty of public transport around including buses and trams that can take you to the old town, where there's a vibrant night life. Francis, the host, was extremely helpful. Checked in with us most days to see how we were getting on and was always helpful when we had any questions. We had a late flight on our last day, and he kindly accommodated us with a later check out time as a result. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Francis, our host, was excellent. He was always available and answering quickly our messages. The property is really big and spacious. Really well equipped and the details of the Public Transport card is fantastic. The area is really nice with enclosed gardens and a big swimming pool.

Perfect location near San Juan beach, pharmacy and food shops close. Beautiful yard with a pool and a playground. The host was very helpful, they offer the service of picking up at the airport for a fee (we needed baby chairs which they provided at no extra cost). We really enjoyed our breakfast in the sunny covered terrace.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable apartment in a very well-maintained gated residential community. Generous supply of amenities such as toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Towels, beach towel, slippers and shower gel were also supplied. Pleasant and quiet residential neighbourhood. The host, Francis, was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay in this lovely holiday apartment.

The beautiful and clean apartment with two bedroom was spacious and suitable for a family of four. The peaceful location enabled a good night's sleep, the mattresses were also comfortable and the bedding good. Due to the radiators, the apartment was not cold in the winter time. There were three free and easy-to-reserve tennis courts in the well maintained yard area. The beach was close as well as the cape, which had beautiful and unique rocks. Those rocks was the best place for a walk and picnic. The tram station is right next to the buildings, easy access to the Alicante city. Our favorite breakfast place was definitely La Boutique Churros & Cafe, also other cafeterias were nearby. The owner of the apartment, Francis, was friendly and very helpful. You could turn to him in any matter. Thanks Francis!

I loved the location because it is 5 minutes from the beach. I loved the area because it was mostly Spanish and lovely to embrace the culture. The tram was a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Frances was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this apartment.
