Manuel was a great host. He was very helpful, kind, informative and always available. The accomodation is in perfect location as it far from the crowd, but the bus stop is front of the building. If you want (reccommend this way), you can go by walk or bicycle along the coast. There is a gym park - also front of the apartment. The view is beautiful and the sunsets are unique from the window. The flat had everything we needed and even a few things we hadn't thought of before we left, but came in handy during our stay. It was easy to contact Manuel, at check-in he was waiting for us in front of the entrance, showed us how all the facilities worked, told us what to see in Malaga and where (and what :)) to eat.

This was our second time at the apartment. We really like the location because it's away from the city centre but only a short, scenic walk away or a quick bus ride. The apartment is clean and well equipped with fantastic view. Manuel is a very helpful host with some great local knowledge of restaurants and places to visit.

We were looking forward to using the building’s pool overlooking the sea but it was being refurbished and was almost completed by the time we left. It will be ready for our next stay.

This apartment is very well located, with highly efficient, user friendly buses stopping outside the building frequently and taking you almost anywhere you want to go. The #3 bus goes to the train station where we took the coastal train to Benalmadena for a day and high speed trains connecting to all Europe including Toledo where we spent 2 nights. Other buses take you to the marina and the city center if you don’t want to walk. We visited all the art museums ,historical sites like the castle overlooking the harbour, and had time for numerous meals Al fresco meeting people from all over the world, and took in a memorable flamenco show. The Underground Gym is a 5 minute walk away and a Carrefours grocery store only 10 minutes. A tiled promenade lined by palm trees is right out the door and accommodates people who wish to stroll, jog, or ride bikes. It provides a picturesque walk into town, the beach, or a string of restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need including an incredible view of the sea and coastline. Manuel, who manages the apartment, is very helpful and ready to answer any questions you may have. He is thoughtful too, providing advice on great restaurants and things to see and do. We spent almost a month there and had the best time ever!

Host Manuel was very pleasant with good local knowledge to share equipped with a detailed map and recommendations. Clearly has a love and personal pride for the property. Location ideal, bus stop just outside, sea views, immaculate apartment, top floor, well equipped kitchen & sun loungers provided for the pool side, would definitely stay again for sure :)

Being picky and this is picky but at the pool it can get really hot as it’s a great sun trap but no sun umbrellas to shade from the heat - could do with a couple of parasol bases but that’s just my opinion. Also and again being picky. The mirror in the twin bedroom could do with being on the other wall closer to the socket. Easier for plugging in the hairdryer.

The property was very clean, comfortable and the location was excellent- about 10/15 mins walk to a great selection of bars and restaurants. A few mins walk to the bus stop to get the bus into Malaga town or you could have a nice walk in about 49 mins along the promenade with fab views. The apartment had one of the quietest air con systems too. The highlight has to be the views of the sea. The view from the apartment is amazing we loved sitting having breakfast looking out to sea just perfect

The whole stay was perfect.A wonderful, well equipped, modern and clean apartment. Manuel is an excellent host and took the time to share good options for eating out, transport, etc. We wanted for nothing during our stay.We didn't use the pool but it looked very well maintained.Whole apartment block was very peaceful and well maintained. Felt very secure as the building was staffed during the day and there were keys for all shared entrances.Supermarket is a short walk away to the left of the apartment.Beaches to the left are lovely and not crowded, especially if you go earlier in the morning.Taxis cost around €6.Buses to the centre €1.40. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely return.

The apartment is large, spacey and comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The localization is great too as the large balkony window opens straight on the sea and a nice city coastline. Also, when leaving the apartment you are 5-minutes walk away from a really nice family-friendly beach with great restaurants on it. The apartment is well-communicated with the city centre - there are buses about every 10 minutes to get there (and the bus ride takes less than 20 minutes). The host is wonderful, giving us lots of useful information and waiting for us patiently by the entrance to the building.

Everything about this property is top notch! clean, quiet, super comfy beds. Manuel. the owner was so kind and accommodating and provided us with a lot of valuable information of what to see, where to eat and how to where to catch the very convenient bus right outside the property for a quick trip to the town Center. the view of the Mediterranean is absolutely stunning from the huge bright windows. We would definitely stay again…oh, and in suite laundry was such a bonus to freshen our clothes before we continued our travels

Everything! location is perfect, just across the road by the beach. Bus ride to city center is just a few minutes. Leisure walking is a pleasant alternative; even my 76-yr old dad enjoyed his walk back from city. Inside is cozy and clean. It is nicely decorated. Bedrooms are clean and inviting. Bathroom is simple and clean. Kitchen is perfect. Everything we need is there. Manuel is super friendly and kind! He even prepared recommendations for dining and a map with notes! My family is so impressed.

Parking a car is difficult. However we were able to park within 200 metres of the property. If you are only visiting Malaga (and not traveling to other locations during your stay) I would consider relying on the excellent local transport.

This is an exceptional apartment with an equally exceptional host. A superb location (but see below) with fantastic views and grocery shopping within 500 metres. Manuel was an exemplar of a host. His advice on what do to and where to go -so helpful. The transport system in Malaga is cheap and very efficient. Local buses left from outside the apartment and cost very little.

Manuel was a host like no other, he went out of his way to greet us and give useful information about Malaga and our surroundings, he also added some wonderful personal touches such as a generous welcome hamper. His apartment was beautifully decorated and the view is stunning, photos don’t do it justice. It was very easy to get a bus into town and we were perfect walking distance from beaches!
