Angel is literally an angel, he could not have done more to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is pristine - everything is like new! The location is less than a 10 min walk from the main attractions. Really enjoyed our stay and will return.

The apartment was perfect for us, it is in a location which is walkable to most parts of the town. It was clean, well maintained, peaceful and quiet. Our host Angel was absolutely amazing and that is what made our stay absolutely outstanding! We’ve stayed at numerous places across the world but have yet to see a more genuine and caring host like Angel. He made our stay in Seville wonderful with personal touches, recommendations and tips on daily plan/itinerary , best tapas in town, hidden gems which we would have missed otherwise. you went out of your way to help us on many things - things we forgot to bring, experiences such a professional photographer etc. the communication with Angel was seamless.

Nothing! Everything was perfect for us.

The location was ideal and easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our host left us a generous and amazing array of food for breakfast. The oranges for fresh juice in the morning were a lovely touch. Angel could not have been more helpful with advice on restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming after a long day exploring Seville. We would definitely stay here agai next time we are in Seville.

Absolutely great, ideal place to stay in Seville, quiet, spacious, comfortable, you don't need a high-end, cold, impersonal hotel - this option is far better, personal approach, extremely helpful Angel, loads of advice and tips, care, we felt at home here.

Best host we've ever had in our 13 years of European travel! Angel, was kind, knowledgeable, and really cares about his customers Clean facility. Washing Machine. The refrigerator came with meat, cheese, and bread. Host provided oranges so we had fresh Orange juice every morning . Netflix . Safe building.

I didn't realize that there was no oven for cooking, just the stovetop. Not a huge deal, but if you plan on cooking, something to be aware of.

Our stay here as a family of 4 was amazing. We loved being able to walk out the door and walk to amazing restaurants. The host filled the fridge for us, gave us great recommendations, and was super communicative, really above and beyond.

Angel (host) is great, very helpful, pre-arrival communication, check-in, touring advise, food recommendations. Fridge was loaded with all delicious food for the breakfast upon arrival. Rooms are clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. Great location, walking distance to all the points of interest, Royal Alcázar of Seville, Plaza de España, etc

The Apartamento was immaculately kept, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the breakfast supplied was amazing. Our host, Angel, was fantastic in terms of recommending restaurants and things to do in Sevilla - I cannot stress enough how above and beyond he went, in supporting our trip and helping ensure it was wonderful, from picking us up at the airport and taking us to the Italica, to all the ongoing, great recommendations throughout (even to what to order from the respective restaurants). Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to visit Seville/the Anadalusian region. Thank you, Angel!

The fridge was fully stocked with all the necessary ingredients for breakfast. (eggs, bread, milk, etc). It exceeded our expectations. This place deserves a 15 on a scale from 1 to 10 for location and the most kind host. It is a rare gem that is centrally located in the historic district AND Quiet but within easy walking distance to everything I wanted to see! I loved the shared garden, the spaciousness, and the apartment's layout. Angel was a generous host and made sure we had a fantastic stay in the city. He recommended and mapped out restaurants, sightseeing, and neighborhood sites for us to visit and was very responsive and available to answer questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious, well located and with great provision for breakfast. Generous would be the word. And the personal service provided by Angel is the very epitome of generosity. Parking in a busy, historic city can also be problematic. But once again Angel makes what might be a difficult moment, run smoothly - lock it away and then walk for the rest of your stay. Enjoy everything that Sevilla has to offer, ably guided by Angel.

The apartment is well situated in Seville and is easy walking distance to many lovely places to visit. The apartment is very well equipped and felt like going from home to home. Angel, the owner is very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed the little extras like the fresh oranges which we squeezed each morning for fresh juice.

This was not really a dislike. But a tip for others. If driving a small car is best. They have a parking garage but the spot is very small and the street to get to the garage is very tight. Angel helped us get into the spot which was great.

Angel was such an amazing host. We got in very late and he meet us anyway. Walked us through everything we needed to know. He messaged ahead of us arriving to see what we wanted for breakfast. He stacked the kitchen for our time there. Then he sent us many messages of suggestions for sightseeing and places to eat.
