Lights behind pillows are a very bad idea, as you keep turning them on when you move , waking up through the night due to the light flooding the room

Card to open the door broke. But they helped fast and changed the lock the next day. Also the flat need air conditioning to copw with summer heat.

All good, the bed very comfortable and the location very convenient. I just want to highlight the great customer service of the staff Nino who came one night at 1am to open the door when the card to open it broke. Also would be good to have an air conditioner, but at tje moment they borrow a ventilator which made the sleep just bereable during summer heatwave. Internet was good, but insecure as it is wide open to the whole public without password.

Apartment was clean, modern and had everything you needed for your stay. We spent a fabulous 2 week stay here. Good shower, comfy bed and good balcony overlooking the pool. Fabulous location near to many bar’s & restaurants & supermarkets, and just a short walk from the Cita and Yumbo centres. Hosts were friendly and helpful, as were the staff at the complex. We’d definitely stay here again.

If you like to combine beach and going out and partying, Tamaran has a very convenient location, around 10minutes to Yumbo Center, 2 mins to Cita Center and around 10-12min to Dunas Maspalamos. Room is very quiet, modern. Apartment was fully furnished and equipment, included dishes, glasses etc. I was surprised i got also a washing machine. Fridge and TV with wi-fi included also.

You have to provide an arrival time in advance and arrange to meet a company rep, which is a bit of a faff. Also, the reception closes for long periods on Saturday and Sunday - not ideal if you need to ask questions or raise issues.

Spacious and comfortable; I would say the property had recently been refurbished. Great to have a proper table on the balcony! I didn’t use the bar/restaurant so cannot comment on that, but it’s obviously a useful facility.

If you think that the apartment is nice, you should wait to see it in person: it’s simply amazing!! Totally renovated, with a modern design, the kitchen is very well equipped if you are willing to cook your meals and you also can make the most of the apartment using the outside terrace located within the house, enjoying the view of the swimming pool at the same time. Nino had been amazing : when we arrived he welcomed us with a friendly smile and explained us very clearly the informations that we needed to know. A positive note goes also to Josè, the receptionist, very helpful and kind. We will recommend this structure to all our friends. Thank you so much! Manuela and Isabella

The evenings during my stay (early Sept) were very hot. No A/C in the apartment, an electric fan would make the place comfortable all year round.

Loved the modern amenities and location. Very easy to go everywhere. Restaurants are plentiful as soon as you go out. Yumbo centre is just 5min away. Pool is a decent size.

Only thing is there is no air con so it is very hot at night time. But other than that it was a perfect stay!

It was very clean and modern, smart tv, very close to amenities, 5 min from the beach. Pool was lovely, plenty of sun beds. Spar, pharmacy and many restaurants right across the street, lovely view of the pool from the balcony. Bottle of wine there for us on arrival!

Apartment did not have air-conditioning and so the bedroom had no proper air circulation. For many people, I'm sure this would not be a problem, however, my next booking to PDI will be with air-con. Good value for money despite this.

Kitchen/living area was excellent. The balcony looked over the pool which was very nice and well looked after. The restaurant, a couple of floors below the apartment was not an issue re noise as it closed around 11.30pm. A great apartment building and excellent concierge, very helpful!

We lost electricity and water for half a day which was awful as we couldn’t shower and became very hot. Also there is no air conditioning, when it is 38 degrees this apartment becomes too hot and it is cooler outside than inside, so bring a fan!

The modern apartment provided nice privacy and the open style with the balcony is a nice feature. Good pool and facilities in the apartment blocks
