The flat has translucide windrows instead of plain walls meaning that if one want to read at night the other room has the full light in their room. It is not convenient at all… When we asked for additional blankets, the flat manager told us there weren’t any

Extra blanket was not provided when they knew there were 3 people staying in the apartment. The blanket was provided 2 nights later after a lot of follow up

The seat pad on one of the dining chairs was worn to the point where it was uncomfortable to sit on.

Central location, good restaurants in the area. Very responsive management and a spacious apartment. We loved having a high-quality "real" coffee shop right below us - by real, we mean one where the espresso-based drinks are properly made and the coffee has great, true flavor.

The door to the bathroom had no locking mechanism. Internet is not good. If you want to watch something streaming its just not possible. More Toilet paper rolls could be provided.

After we arrived, i called the property, and was told that someone was on the way to give us the keys. The location is excellent. Most attractions are within 1 Km from the property, and plenty of restaurants are nearby. You can easily get Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Korean and Indian food within 1 Km of this property. There is even a MacDonalds and Burger King within a kilometer. The property contact also booked a taxi to the airport for us on our check out day which was very helpful.

The wifi is weak and unstable. This may seem like trivial complaint, but while there was adequate equipment for cooking, there was no salt. It’s not an item you think to buy when you go to the supermarket down the street to get some pasta for a quick meal but you really miss it later.

We were 3 and stayed for a week, choosing number apartment 4 with bedrooms facing ‘courtyard’ (giant airshaft) for the quiet, although the street isn’t very noisy. The location is excellent for tourists, with the cathedral and Real Alcazar very nearby and in a neighborhood of shops and restaurants. Communication with management was very good and supplies we requested were delivered promptly. There is not much natural light but the rooftop terrace has tables and chairs and was pleasant to use even in November.

Internet could be too slow, if you need it for home office work.

Perfect location in the very centre of town, next to many cafés and restaurants and directly opposite of a language school offering Spanish courses. The flat is modern, well equipped, the bed is very comfortable (not too soft, not too hard), there is enough place where to hang your clothes and other stuff. Many strong lamps, also next to the bed and above the table, so that one can read without any problems. Huge balcony and big sliding windows/. Air conditioning worked perfectly well.

Overpriced accommodation even if Sevilla is a constant daily tourist place. - Wifi was so so minimal: very astonishing! - "Safety" could be improved (with fi video system) as the entrance door of the building is often open due, we presume, mainly to the incoming of visitors to the Dental Clinic at ground floor.

Polite reception by Maria with keys. - Clean & tidy appartement with comfy beds. - Nice common terrace on the roof. - Wooden floor was fondamental to us. - All main places are in walking distance: Plaza Nueva, amazing Sevilla Cathedral & its bells tower La Giralda, Flamenco shows, phenomenal "Setas de Sevilla" evening light show...

The bathroom could do with a bit of upgrading particularly the shower, but it was clean and perfectly functional. It is definitely a minor point.

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was lovely and clean. It was also perfectly situated in the centre of the city. Everything was so close to the apartment.

The downside of being located centrally is that there can be late night noise from the refuse collectors.

The location is excellent with many restaurants close by. Attractions such as the Cathedral, Alcazar and Setas de Sevilla are a short walk away. For a bit of retail therapy El Corte Ingles is just around the corner. it’s also only a 10 minute walk from the bus station at Plaza das Armas. The apartment is spacious with a small private balcony, upstairs is a shared roof terrace. Good air conditioning . We ate out during our short stay but there is adequate equipment in the kitchen with the big fridge/freezer being essential in hot weather.
