The apartments are not sound proofed and have hard flooring so any noise made by people above or adjacent is easily heard. Please that we booked out of season.

Nothing, it was wonderful

Everything!! I would give 11/10 if I could. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and exceptionally comfortable. The roof terrace is wonderful. The apartment is really well equipped and has everything you need, including a washing machine and tumble dryer on ground floor. Pilar is really friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication for check-in was excellent and well timed. The location was perfect, close to everything including beaches, bars and restaurants. Cadiz itself is exquisite and we will certainly return.

The apartment was so cute and superbly clean, and well equipped, all amenities working properly. The host welcomed us so nicely. There was a lovely terrace, perfect for breakfast ... in good weather (not our experience unfortunately). Easy internal parking, a little bit far from the centre, kind of 20/30' walking (in good weather). There's an inviting pool to be used ... in good weather ! The structure is really inviting and well maintained, would stay again.

Maybe missing a bar

Fantastic place hidden up the hill. Beautiful apartments with ample terraces, comfortable inside, large double beds. Everything you need. Very friendly lady attended us and even gave us a choice of rooms. It's a fair walk to Potes and you really need to take the car unless you're not too worried about climbing a steep hill on your return. Overall, exceptional and very good value for money.

We liked everything.

This studio was wonderful. It is close to Potes but away from the tourisy areas, in a quiet neighbourhood. The surroundings are superb - the large lawn, the pool, ample parking... We had a large balcony with lovely views. The interior is very pleasant and the size is enough for two people.

All exceeded expectations

I loved this place. They were very accommodating when I had to check in a few hours late, and allowed me to use their dryer to dry my clothes.

It was a bit disappointing to not be able to use the swimming pool (it was the beginning of November). By having a small size and being totally closed, we assumed it was warm, which wasn't the case (should be warned on the description though). Also, the streets around are very narrow, bigger cars should be precautions.

It was one of the most comfortable beds we had ever sleep on in our hotel experiences! It has a great structure within the room to prepare meals and to stay for a longer period. At the same time, has a very cool common area also for meals and social interactions. The infrastructure is amazing, lots of activities for kids, paddle, games and beautiful location.

We have stayed here several times now and really enjoy the place, however it always seems so disorganised when checking in…spoke to other British travellers and they say the same thing..

No oven in apartment which was not a big issue, lady in reception did not speak English but was very friendly so we managed to check in ok. apartment was on the top floor in the roof space so had an angled roof which I did hit my head on multiple times to my wife's amusement.

Nice super king size bed, Beautiful views from the balcony which overlooked Potes, good sized swimming pool, plenty of parking especially as we were on a motorcycle, very short walk to the supermarket.

Alquitara is a beautiful place to stay. Lovely traditional apartments in the most magnificent setting. The pool is great and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I travelled with my two children and was given lots of great tips for things to do/where to eat/shop etc. The pool is fantastic and the kids met plenty of other children to play with. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back!!

Could have done with a bit more equipment in the kitchen, like a veg knife or a potator peeler.

This is a great flat. Not massively big, but big enough for a family of four with two teenagers, especially as the region is so amazing that you don't spend much time inside anyway. Canyoning on your door step, a great little swimming pool on site and within walking distance of Potes (if you don't mind a bit of a walk).

Beautiful location, our room had a balcony with stunning views down the valley. The site has lovely shared areas including the pool and some indoor areas. It was an easy walk to Potes but the bus also stopped just down the hill from the apartment.

I cannot say anything negative about this stunning place. I would truly recommend these apartments to friends. A little slice of heaven on earth.
