The layout or planning is rather strange, it has two bathrooms but the spaces are small and useless…

We requested a balcony but the first one we were given didn't have one but after calling the owner we were given a top floor apartment which was ideal the switch on the boiler had broken the owner came straight away and fixed it for us

The apartment was beach front excellent view of the sea and central to all the restaurants and bars

Only gripe we had was air con unit wasn't working efficiently enough so didn't really cool room very well. Was advised by reception that it was due to settings being out of season and air con settings never getting to the right temp.

Reception 24/7. Absolutely fantastic welcome from reception, very helpful of area and where to go. Great place to stay, fantastic location, literally on the beach front. We had a non direct sea view and more a side street room but you could see the sea from our balcony. Would book again 100%.

16th floor too high, internet a struggle to get working and patio doors didn't shut properly . I reported both but I guess it would have taken spiderman to break in it was pm high and to be fair it wasn't cold

Very poor quality equipment in the kitchen . The two frying pans stuck better than super glue . No butter knife only steak knives . Only one wrong sized sink plug for three sinks resulting in a loss of hot water . Extra large chairs in the living room but not one cushion to support your back . I had to use the bed pillows . Very poor workmanship from whoever does the basic maintenance. The small wall fixed heater in the bedroom had the normal round plug but the wall socket was square . Never seen that before . Sliding balcony doors runners need cleaning and oiling . Not a cheep apartment to rent so the owner should spend more on maintains the upkeep of this lovely property .

I wish it belonged to me . Great location, great design .

Bad signing to the right property , Delayed arrival only to be charged €50, As I see it it’s not my responsibility to pay a worker to wait for us. There is no guidance on this in the T and C. Very angry about it. On arrival there was no hot water available and two sinks with missing plugs With seized up taps. No Wi-Fi password was offered, had to ask other tenants. Marie was not around at the times it said she would be.all was reported to a gentleman in reception first day but nothing was done about it all week. The electric kettle was faulty and kept blowing the fuses I was offered a replacement

Key collection arrangement, info states reception is open till 9pm but from October to March reception is not available after 8pm. This fact is given but mysteriously it is written in Spanish and was only found out because I bothered to translate it into English. We were instructed to Whatsapp owner of our arrival at airport so that reception could be manned, but after a 50 min transfer on arrival at our accommodation it was still locked and required a phone call to the owner who replied they would be there in half an hour (because the were having a coffee!!)

Although equipped with most things it lacked some simple things like a teapot, an egg slice (lifter), oven glove. Furniture is a little dated and the bedroom was a little on the small side. Internal drawers in the bedroom wardrobe need attention.

Beach facing aspect is gorgeous. Plenty of room for the two of us. Loved the fact we weren't too high up the building. Very convenient for local shops and bars. Entrance hall and grounds are kept immaculate and always smelt lovely walking in to the building. Very pleasant staff if not the best English speakers.

There was nothing to complain about.

The views were exceptional....we were made very welcome on arrival, and everything you.could need for a self catering holiday abroad was provided. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances looked quite new and the shower was hot and easy to use. All very good. Would definitely return.

if you can not get there by 10 pm you will need to get a hotel for the night. we paid £100 for a taxi so we could get there on time. if you have a flight delay then forget it. This was very stressful. when we left on the Saturday 11am we were told by the concierge that we could not keep our luggage there until we were getting the bus. he was eating from 2.30 and leaving at 4 pm so we had to collect our bags at 4 when transport was not until 7 pm. bit of a joke as he was eating for 1 and s half hours right up to 4 pm at the restaurant next door. the first guy is nice but this one had an attitude.

apartment was the same as on the site lots of space and clean. the bed pillows were sterilised good touch
