A small fresh apartment in the middle of quiet apartment complex and fairy garden with stunning cacti and lovely painted stones. The location of the apartment is an excellent starting point for many attractions on the island.

The property was situated in the middle of the island, which enabled us to travel by car to the north and south of the island within 30-40 minutes - this was ideal as we planned to explore. The property also had a nice view of the sea and a balcony on which you could relax. Additionally the rear of the property had gorgeous palm trees and cactuses, with a view of the hills.

We missed sitting outside, because all the other apartements had some chairs and table in garden, just we had none. But maybe it was written in description and i havent read it. We had noisy neighbours, but its not mistake of the providers.

We liked location of apartment, almost in the middle of island. You can find close to it Cave and Volcano of Tahiche, LagOmar Museum and Fundacion of Cesar Manrique. If the weather would be better for sure we would use pool.

Very good cleaning, easy check-in and out, nice garden, relaxing place, no noise, perfect place for exploring island. Must have a car. Apartment was comfortable for two of us, nice and modern furniture, quite big bathroom with a shower. No problem with hot water. Very good kitchen equiped in everything is needed to prepare a good meal. There are: a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a mini grill, a fridge, a microwave, pots, pans, a bowl, spoons, plates, glasses. Very nice towels and bed linen are changed according a schudule. Very good WIFI. In the living room there is a smart TV, so you can easly login to your own account and watch Netflix. In the bedroom you can find some books. It was a nice idea. There is also a small pool and a garden table and chairs next to each apartment. Location is not far from Arrecife and Costa Teguise.

The property is really nice, with great views to the mountains and a welcoming feeling! It was nicely located to reach all main cities by car, as well as the museum of César Manrique! I definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The key collection was straightforward, and it was self check in. The apartment is located in Costa Teguise, is peaceful and in a quiet area. Less than 10 mins away is the town centre where you can find everything you need. The airport is just about 15 mins away. The staff were attentive and helpful when needed. Overall, it was very satisfying and I would recommend it to anyone. 5 stars!!

The apartments don't have a clear sign at the entrance. It's not easy to find in the daylight, but we arrived in the dark; making it even harder to be confident we were in the right place! Once inside, there are clear signs to guide you to your apartment

This place is exceptionally clean, the staff are all polite, cheerful and keen to help. The common areas are all well lit and the gardens are carefully manicured. It's lovely and peaceful, a good place to chill. TV channels include English terrestrial if you want them.

The apartment is a bit dark as it is built with windows facing only one side and into the enclosed garden. So even fully opening the blinds may not fully light the apartment in the morning when the sun is at the back of the property. Not an issue but the only thing I could think of.

Almost everything needed was available (utensils, coffee etc.) + outside area was very nice.

Not the hotel's fault but there were a couple of male guests who smoked around, they also kept their door open while talking loudly, intrude on other guests privacy and sat right outside other guests door and private space to talk loudly and to smoke they even used other people's washing clothes rack to hang their washing. The issue was quickly and effectively resolved by the manager and the staff.

The manager Leonardo was very courteous and very helpful, he went out of his way to accommodate me. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The decoration is perfect, white walls, neutral and modern. The apartment is cool. The place is bright and refreshing. The hair dryer is the best I have used and has a proper cool setting. There's a clothes rack outside of each apartment and communal washing machine near the office. The staff is always very helpful and polite. The place is beautiful, immaculate and very well kept. If you don't fancy driving, there are bus stops nearby to Arrecife and Costa Teguise and taxi services are great. Or you can hire a car independently or through the hotel. Lovely and tranquil surroundings which is exactly what I needed.

The shower leaked water and made a lot of noise.

The bed was very comfortable, and the overall property is very nice and well taken care of. Beach towels are provided. It’s close to everything to see on the island.

Oh - nothing really. A couple of really minor things. It's advertised as having views of the sea, I was in a downstairs apartment, no sea views. Not that I cared. But technically - yeah - it should have sea views if you advertise them ;-) Oh they forgot to leave tea towels and kitchen sponges so I couldn't wash up as thoroughly as I wanted. I really clutching at straws here, everything was fine. I asked nicely and they brought a tea towel and some kitchen roll, I'm sure if I'd asked they would have brought a sponge I just forgot and was only here for 2 nights anyway. Overall a great stay though.

The Wi-fi - you have your own, wired-in Wi-Fi router connected to a network cable - I've not seen this setup before and it's ingenious and worked perfectly. What else? It's all IKEA furnished. Not the expensive stuff - but still - decent and clean and very nicely done. The whole stay was great, I really like this place and when I next have guests (I live in Costa Teguise I had to stay away from my apartment due to some work that was being done) - next time I have guests, if they have a car, I will have them stay here because it's really good.
