The experience with Alantic Mirage Suites & SPA was a very pleasant one. We received the room as soon as we arrived at the reception, where we really appreciated the fact that they took into account our request to receive a room located on a higher floor. The room was on the 8th floor out of 9 available floors. The view from the room was amazing, the room was very big and clean, so was the bathroom. The breakfast was extremely rich, with a wide variety of very good quality products. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed, and the hotel staff was very polite and always smiling.

No free water during dinner. Difficulty in finding a parking spot. Despacio SPA was a little tiny and felt crowded. Saunas could be a lot bigger.

Almost everything was perfect: fiendly staff, modern room, clean pool, views.

There could be more in the way of evening entertainment and the sunbathing side of the rooftop needs some umbrellas.

Hotel was very modern with well equipped bedrooms and the whole place was kept spotlessly clean. There was a good choice at breakfast and the couple of lunches we had at rooftop snackbar were nice. The staff were very pleasent and helpful.

The WiFi is an absolute shocker in the rooms. Don’t go here hoping to get some work done.

It was absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. There was a large room with a fascinating view. I liked the rooftop on the 10th floor. The food was always fresh and diverse. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for having us.

Charging for using the room safe deposit box is a little petty as was a charge (albeit very low) for having pool towels changed

Everything was wonderful, from the location itself, the view from the room (which was spectacular) to the kindness of the personal. The room was always very clean and the breakfast exceptional, very diverse. I would definitely like to come back. 😃

I am being very picky, because overall there was nothing annoying at all. Parking space could be a bit bigger, it was quickly full. The lifts were terribly slow, but it’s no problem without the luggages or for non disabled people.

It was one of my best stay!! We got upgraded to a Suite, because the hotel was overbooked, what an amazing experience!! The room was huge! The shower experience with the lights is so good. The bed is very comfortable and large. The staff were incredibly nice. Great choice at breakfast buffet. For me this hotel was much better than lots of 5-stars hotels I have been to.

For the 4 star hotel there were not many amenities in the room, specifically bathroom. Neither it had a free offered safety box, ( you have to pay to rent it) and no tea or coffee in the room. The water in the pool could be heated better.

Food needs to be hotter. Chips were often cold. Meat done on the griddle was tough.Some nights choice was limited.

The breakfast choice was good however the bread and cakes should be covered as the edges were dry. Yoghurt not labelled very well. Omelettes excellent

- Finding parking spot can get tricky, there is a limited parking in front of the hotel, and public parking is often occupied in 5-10 minutes walk proximity

- Nice and well maintained hotel - Choice of pool in front of hotel or jacuzzi on top of the hotel - Great and friendly staff - Pretty good breakfast - Great view from the room - Ok-ish Spa, definitely worth the money

There were no toiletries in room ie razor, conditioner the normal things you expect from 4 star hotels, just a shampoo and body wash in 1 on the wall. They have tea/coffee facilities but no tea coffee and 1 water given on the first day then you have to buy your own, no mini bar, and you have to pay for pool towels and spa.

Location and pools lovely, very comfortable rooms overlooking the sea, buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were lovely.
