I'm pretty sure the air conditioner in our room was broken, but it never got too hot overnight where it was very uncomfortable - we just popped the door open to let the fresh cool ocean breeze come in overnight. Also, the shower didn't seem angled properly to drain water, so we ended up with a pool of water outside of the shower every day.

The view, the breakfast, the roof lounge area, and the overall experience at the hotel was highly pleasurable. I've never experienced a view quite like the one from the hotel, and the fact that it exists in every room without being a special room class is spectacular. The breakfast options were comprehensive as well, which certainly helped for more active days exploring the island.

Everything seemed to have a surcharge, from beach towels (refundable when returned) to the use of the safe in our room - not something I've come across at similar rated hotels in the past!

Lovely hotel set into the side of the cliff so every room has a breathtaking view of the sea. The sound of the waves on the rocks at night was lovely. Plenty of choice at breakfast, lovely food options in the Vertigo restaurant, as well as great places to sit in the sunshine. A short walk into town for lots of interesting food and entertainment options, though it's a steep walk back!

I would like to have bathrobe in the room. All beverages are paid at diner time. It wasn't surprise for me, however, it's a bit sad because hotel is not cheap but you have to pay for it in addition, that looks strange.

Hotel is top-notch. First, because it's adult only :D Unbelievable view from the balcony! (from absolutely all balconies) Everything was great: service, food, spa and especially jacuzzi on the roof. Breakfast and diner are very diverse, everything you want; steaks, fish, sushi, bakery, many snacks, fruits and berries, desserts and even ice cream. Room is new and well designed. Near and around the hotel there are many places for parking, different cafes and shops. 20 min walk to the city center. Also there is a spa zone in the hotel, 15e for 2h. Worth the money.

The soap and shampoo could be of better quality and an espresso machine in the room would make the overall experience a more high end

We got a room on the last floor and the view of the sea and clifs was absolutly breath taking. We loved the roof top bar, it has good food and drinks and a great atmosphere with beatiful views. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The location is not right in the center but it's close to some restaurants and bars and it's in a more quiet area. Breakfast was also very good.

On the 9th floor you are below the bar and on weekend there is loud music until midnight which will prevent you from sleeping. Jacuzzi and spa area water is not that warm , just mildly warm

The daily charge for access to the indoor pool, for residents this should be included. A 4star hotel should provide tissues in the room.

elevators are an issue - there are only 2 and they aren’t synchronized… mostly we preferred to take the stairs instead.

this hotel ticked most of the boxes for us! great room with breathtaking sea view, good breakfast, we loved the Sundeck, friendly staff… it’s a 20min walk to city center, downhill there, uphill back - not a negative point, just be aware. some parking spots available in front of the hotel, otherwise there’s parking in the streets around - it took us max. 5min to park the car.

Everything went well. We enjoyed our stay. We had a halfboard, and we can honestly say that both breakfast and dinner were excellent every day. Spa, beauty treatments and gym were all perfect. We had an amazing view from our room to the ocean and to the Playa Martianez.

It is very old fashioned all the paper staff and guests have to handle. Not possible to pay cash in the ground pool, however, it is possible in the bar on the top terrace. Confusing payment system with a deposit in the room and payment of the towels in the reception. Very annoying to have to pay for drinks every night after leaving the restaurant. The only option you get is to have paid cash deposit in the reception to be charged to the room. The bread was quite tasteless and it seemed not freshly baked, there was variety but it was bad in general.

The hotel has amazing views (from all rooms I think and from the restaurants). In the time of year that we visited (November), there was plenty of space by the pool and the top terrace to enjoy. The mango mojito was superb! The very nice waiter in the pool area (Victor) and the lifeguard. The churros were the best of all hotels we visited in Canarias. They were crunchy and tasty, this was the absolute best of the breakfast buffet! All receptionists and cleaners were very professional and effective. The spa area was totally worth it! I especially loved the floating area!

It would have been nice to have tea, coffee and sugar supplied in the room as a kettle was provided.

Exceptionally comfortable room with a gorgeous view and a beautiful bathroom. Room was fitted out with high quality fittings and fixtures that were a pleasure to use. Internet speed was good.
