The apartment is big and fully equipped with all you need. Location is good, there is a SPAR at the ground floor, bus station in front of the building and, at least in the evening, you can find free parking places near the Biblioteca Publica. Plaza de Espagna is at 30 min walk, so the location is convenient for discovering Santa Cruz on foot.

If arriving late there might be a problem with finding the parking place for a night

Overall it is a nice apartament we got but slightly different than the ones presented on the main pictures. Spar is right next to it, relatively close to the city center

The outdoor was broken and we were left outside on the street at 22:00. I phoned and wrote to all the communication channels - nobody answered. After half an hour another guest left the building so we could finally get in. This kind of lack of communication in urgent situations is unacceptable. The next day the door was repaired, but still no comment to my messages from the staff. It is also important to note that the apartment is practically empty. There is a washing machine but no detergent. There is a kitchen, but no oil, salt etc. Just 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days. Guests should therefore be aware that they will have to buy these things even if they are only staying for a few days (there was shampoo and 2 tablets for the dishwasher though).

Everything is ok

Beautiful and "fresh" apartments. The bed is large (which is a rarity for this region). From the 6th floor there was a wonderful view of the ocean. They brought an extra bed for the child. Our arrival was late, the reception was no longer working, so the check-in was done remotely and we got into the apartment using a code (for which we are very grateful). The location is not right in the center, but we were happy to walk this distance.

Excellent apartment with free Wi-Fi. We were on the 8th floor with a view over the city. Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful, even escorting us to our room. Only 5 minute walk to the nearest tramline stop for Santa Cruz or La Laguna. Being out of the city centre we even found on street parking within 100 metres.

Location of the apartment. There was a SPAR store right next to the hotel, where we could buy everything we needed for a breakfast. The area around the accommodation was calm, even though it is located next to a main road. We rented a car to get around the island, which we parked every day on the street not far from the accommodation. There was also a bus stop in front of the apartment, so that you can use the local transportation.
