Very nice appt on 8th flor, great view, well equiped. Very clead, nice bathroom. I would really recomend. Unfortenately, we stayed just one night, but i would come back.

The front door at the reception malfunctioned and locked us and others guests out. We could reach no one on any of the phone numbers provided by the property. We spent one hour locked outside at Christmas night until a fellow guest came and let us in from the inside. No one called back or responded to any of my messages ever since. Very very poor customer service, will never return.

Rented 2 apartments on 2 separate floors that were extremely moldy. Bathroom wreaked of mold and could be seen on the chain that holds the tub curtain up. Kids got extremely sick from sleeping there.

Beds are very hard and unconfortable. Only very small pillows, we could not get sleep. booking says that every premium apartment should include parking place but owner said that it is only if there is any.. So we couldnt get parking place. We booked rooftop apartment with seaview but they just gave us 2 floor normal room, I asked about it and she only said that they had to make adjustments..

The apartment is located in the heavy traffic street, so not quite enough. The toilet smells from the pipe sometimes. But it's not nice to keep the window open (noise from the street). Heating system is in the open kitchen, it has heating noises! One important point is the plastic frame/door of the washing machine is really, really dirty, this obselutely needs to be noticed and improved for the guests in the future!!! The clothes drying rack has gotten rosty.

The window view is wonderful, the quality of the bed is good!

Internet in the place was terrible. The whole wireless system is just not good. TV experience + wifi. I would recommend deeper cleaning of the rooms. Kitchen was missing essential stuff that we had to supply and left after us.

electricity will shutdown if too many used appliances at the same time and no 24/hrs help assistance you can ring in times of trouble at the property. parking on the property is not good very narrow spaces.

It wasn't as clean as I expected. There was an 'old' type of smell. We did not feel comfortable using the the closets and the kitchen utensils because it did not feel that the apartment was properly cleaned.

The location was great. The beds were really comfortable. The staff was great.

Traffic noise - single glazed windows meant we heard all passing traffic and nightly bin collections at midnight Parking was virtually impossible anywhere near - would not advise anyone to have a hire car - we got lucky and managed to find a single parking space by the nearest park a few minutes from the apartment

There is a lot of noises coming from the big street and if someone is on the corridor you hear everything.

Great location and easy to get the keys, people are really nice. There is a really nice view from the windows on Santa Cruz. Okay price to have a whole flat if you can share the cost.
