Bedrooms have no air conditioning or fans. We had to change to different accommodation for that reason. But the staff was very accommodating and charged us for the night hassle-free

1 aircon unit in the livingroom area and none in the bedrooms meant the bedrooms were hot and stuffy at night. We had to buy fans to help keep temperature down and create airflow.

I staid with a group of friends looking to chill after a 5 day Mad Cool festival un Madrid. The 2 bed room apartment fitted 5 of us perfectly and the location and facilities were perfect for our needs. The pool area was nice and clean and there were plenty sunbeds. Our pickup on the last day wasnt until 14:30 and the MGMT were kind enough to afford us a late checkout at short notice so we handed the key's back a little later which allowed us to freshen up just before pickup. I read some comments about the hill up to apartments. Heading out for lunch or at night is no problem as its down hill. Its not all that bad coming back but if you are not used to the heat like us we just got taxis back which drop you at the back gate and lift to the pool area for little over €5 which we didnt mind at all.

Nothing it was all good.

The location and views are something else. Hearing the sea and seeing the changes of the view on 3 sides was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and airy. cleaned every 3 days and linen changed. The 3 balconies just were a wonderful way of relaxing. The Kitchen is well equipped with microwave washing machine coffee machine fridge freezer. Couldn't fault it to be honest. 4 of us comfortably fitted and room for another 1 or 2. Gabriel is a lovely man very friendly and approachable. There is a handy vending machine as well with water beer etc.

There was no cleaning at all during the week stay. The block states there will not be any hen or stag parties allowed but this is not true, there were. There were a number of noisy residents and I had to use earplugs every night. As for location, this can be quite subjective. The block is near the beach but a long way from the old town - and it is located up a very steep hill which can be a problem.

Excellent apartment which was well equipped and located close to the beach. The pool was surrounded by accessible sunbeds, though we were off season. Towels and bedding was clean and of good quality and there was even a hair dryer and ironing board. The staff were excellent and happy to help in any way possible. The views are exceptional with good sea and town views from the 3 balconies.

not told there was not someone on reception between 2-5pm even though told of apartment was ready we could check in early, we spent 2 hrs waiting to check in, was not told about the lift the the street level, windows and terraces with filthy and some tv channels were pixelated one of the lifts was stuck on floor 8 and had to go to floor 14 and we were on floor 13.

The wifi was really bad, not connecting at all at times, I made a complain and changed the wifi code but did not help at all. Parking was another really bad issue and with some people parking badly using too much space. Not enough parking available. no balcony furniture available🙁 it would be great to sit and enjoy the views

The location is perfect, near supermarket and the beach, the views from the apartment is fantastic.
