Dreaful sewage ssmell in the lobby and throughout the pulic areas. No WIFI as such. We contacted the managment agent and neither were addressed . They did fix a problem with the safe.

There was a slight leak in the toilet but the host sent someone to fix it straight away.

Hosts were great. Gave us loads of good advice about Valencia. Apartment was in a great location, very clean, comfy beds and reasonably priced given the time of year.

Wifi didn’t work properly for the whole stay. Very intermittent and when it did come it was very weak and we had to use our mobile data instead. Not a problem for us but there are lots of stairs to climb which some people may need to be aware of. Don’t bother with airport transfer. I couldn’t use their online link to pay for it but actually the taxis at the airport were super simple, available and cheaper.

Excellent location in cool part of old city and near to all the central sights. Well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Decent size for 3 people with separate bedroom and one simple single pull out bed in living room. Nice warm shower

Wifi coverage could be stronger

Excellent location on edge of old city, everything in walking distance. Great for a good value for money short city break. Quiet at night so no disturbed sleep. Kitchen has plenty of appliances but cooking utensils limited but then it's not the kind of accommodation where you expect to do an serious cooking, with so many good restaurants nearby why would you?

We were really surprised that there were no supplies for anyone moving into her: No olive oil no salt or pepper, no coffee, no sugar etc. I would think that anyone taking an apartment wants to buy locally and then eat at 'home'. This was a serious disappointment

The extra bed (for the 3rd person) was just a small matress that you pulled out from underneath the sofa and it felt a bit weird to sleep almost on the floor but it did not bother us too much and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

It is minimalistic but it felt clean. It has two balconies, the location is close to the city centre and all necessities were provided (linen, towels, shampoo). Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

After 8 PM the check in is named late check in a town in Spain where there are several tourists. And late check in is charged with 30 euro. After 10 pm is 40 euro

Extra cash payment for late check in. I was informed about it, but as a recommendation the property should ask for a fixed fee taking into account the flight delays/changes which cannot be controlled by the tourist.

Location very closed to main touristic attractions and all necessary stuff provided together with cleaning services. The staff was very friendly and all the responses were fast.

The only downside comes to the sofa bed which was more like a drawer under the sofa which could be pulled to get a single bed at the floor level and the sofa itself which I assume would make the other bed at a higher level, but as I said being 2 couples, two of us had to sleep on different levels and therefore not actually together.

We were 2 couples spending our summer holidays around Spain, we arrived quite early but we were able to do an early check in without paying extra, which was quite needed due to the sizes of our luggages and the high temperatures present on that day, therefore thanks to the amazing hosting staff. The apartment is clean, central and it has a big fridge which can come handy, we also had 2 small balconies which were useful to wash up clothes and fast drying them thanks to the hot weather.

The lights in the bedroom were a bit depressing and on our first night a cockroach roamed around the restroom. The shower also appeared a bit unfinished but these are just aesthetic issues (besides the cockroach). The location is a bit dodgy, I personally wouldn’t walk around alone. There is literally a sign nearby that says “parques de drogas”

The staff was very nice! The check in was very quick and helpful. renting bikes was also at an amazing price. The property has great space and all you need for a short stay! Location is great to walk around the park or bike
