Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows, iron, hair dryer. Clean. Kitchen with everything you need - coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, glasses - everything. Thank you also for the available coffee capsules! Large bathroom, with everything you need. Only the shower cabin is not well sealed and it gets wet outside, but it dries up by the morning. Great location of the apartment. Highly recommend! We also recommend the wonderful restaurant opposite the building - Margarito, which you may miss because of the some renovations nearby on the street, it is super nice, clean and very tasty. The property is in need of manteinance. It has a bath door not closing, windows and foucet needing repair, frying pans not usable in the convection stove. One of the apartments might need a bar in the bathtub for security .

This large apartment was in the best location where we could walk to all the sites in Valencia. It was large and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. We are definitely coming back to this beautiful city. Our host was very accommodating with all request. Much appreciated.

The shower could suddenly turned into a cold water a few seconds and then turned into a very hot water for a few seconds as well. They have 2 washing basins in the bathroom and one of them doesn't drain the water properly, it needs to be unclogged. We couldn't check-in until 5pm, and they have nowhere that could help to store your luggages since they don't have anyone at the property, so you must find and pay for lockers if you arrive earlier. The information on how to gain access to the property was done by whatsapp.

The apartment really exceeded our expectations. It is big, has a lot of balconies at the front and in the rooms. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area are superb. The kitchen is very well equipped. The property also has a washing machine which what we needed after spending many days in Barcelona with a lot of dirty clothes. All of the heaters work perfectly fine, the bathroom is huge. The mattressed and pillows are comfortable, a lot more comfortable than what we had in Barcelona. They are not too soft nor too hard. The location is perfect, I really have no major complaints. It's a short walk to Xativa Metro, which is convenient to get to the airport, and also very near to the old town and the shopping streets.

Great position and nice and big. The first night the cooling didnt seem to be working and we couldnt sleep because it was so hot. The next day we contacted the owner and she explained the workings of the aircon and it was great so no fault of the owner. I thinnk we may have pressed the wrong button the first day and had heating on instead of cooling. Great bathroom and plenty of room
