Good accommodation with fabulous sunny outlook out to sea in quiet and friendly small town of El Cotillo. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance- good range of food and prices.

Our stay was just perfect and the host was very kind. The apartment is even better that the pictures and it is completely renovated, everything is brand new. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace has the best view you can have in El Cotillo. The host gave us the possibility to have an early check in and also a late check out, which we appreciated very much. At our arrival we didn't find the hair dryer and the host provided us one in only two hours. Super recommended!!! Thank you very much!

The location is great fabulous views. I was in apartment 3, which has a lovely little balcony, which is in full sun all day. Hosts communication was excellent. Minor problem with the WiFi, which was rectified very quickly. The apartment is very well equipped and thoroughly recommended for singles or couples.

Great location with fantastic scenery, supermarket and restaurants were all with in a few minutes walk. There was a good choice of beaches nearby. The apartment was comfy, the kitchen had everything you would need,and the shower was great.

Excellent location close to beach supermarkets bus station and everything the village has to offer. The apartment is lovely and clean bright and spacious with a great view of the volcanic landscape and sea.. It was great.

All was great. Nothing I could complain about honestly.

Amazing flat. Fair and competitive price. Perfect location for anyone in town to surf or bodyboard as well, right at the southern edge of town so access to the Cotillo beaches and the amazing Playa de Esquizno is right at your doorstep. Will be returning to this property again. Such a great place!

There was nothing I didn’t like. The kitchen area is a bit cramped, but when you have so many good quality restaurants within walking distance we didn’t really use the kitchen much.

The views from the balcony and the location were why we wanted to stay here. We had the chance to stay out in Fuerteventura for an extra week, and we were able to book Cotillo Family at quite short notice. You should be aware that there are 39 stairs that lead to this property. This was not an issue for us, but it wouldn’t suit people with mobility issues.

The apartment is South-facing, so warmed up nicely during the day. Near the coast with an unspoilt beach about 7 minutes' walk away. Modern fittings with very good WiFi & shower system. Well fitted out kitchen with oven & washing machine. Shops & restaurants nearby. Nice beaches with facilities to the North of the village.

For us the location was fantastic...on the edge of Cotillo on Toston castle side so from terrace great views of the hills and the surfer beaches for sunrise and sunset. Walking to these beaches is 5 minutes. It's also very close walking to the centre of town and the 2 supermarkets. Alot of parking outside. The apartment had great kitchen facilities...big fridge, washing machine, good hob and oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker etc and all the pans etc. Bathroom good with nice shower. Bedroom nice with good storage and comfortable beds. Big smart TV and comfortable sofa. The owner was very attentive with fast WhatsApp communication and the day of leaving was very kind to let us use the apartment until mid afternoon. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Nothing they can do much bout easily, but it was a very hot week and there was no AC. The very busy dust road nearby and east wind pushed all the dust onto the balcony and inside when the windows were open. Under these extreme conditions an AC would be helpful.

Easy check in, functional interior and kitchen, great balcony with view, quiet sleeping room. The beach nearby is great when the waves aren't too huge. Had an issue with the WiFi on arrival and they fixed it within an hour, then very fast WiFi. Overall very responsive and helpful contact.

Roller blinds were too noisy, banging against open window at night. Softer curtains would be better solution, with open windows as it was too hot to sleep with them closed. A small lamp in a lounge room would create softer atmosphere, as ceiling lights were too harsh.

The location of the flat was on the outskirts of the village with amazing open views. And ample parking. Yet very close to restaurants and the beach. We loved the rooftop terrace. We spent every evening there,watching sunset skies. And morning practising yoga. Facilities were basic but sufficient for 2 people. There was only 1 wine glass and 1 sundeck, though. Lots of towels and extra blankets. Comfy bed and sofa. Tower fan was a big help with the hot weather. Reliable WiFi, enough sockets to charge your phone. Overall, we had a lovely time in El Cotillo Family Apartments. Thank you!

Some difficulty with keypad access and code - quickly resolved by call to host! Not clear when booking that sun terrace was another floor up - simple note in the apartment would have been helpful!

Good facilities, excellent and quiet location with great views. Lots of bed linen and towels, well equipped kitchen, even though we didn’t cook! Lots of great places to eat nearby, some fabulous walks and spot on if you are a surfer - or want to be!!!

There were sometimes loud noises of an auto garage and construction work very near the apartment.

The view from the window and the small terrace on the roof is exceptional, the room very clean and the bed really comfortable. the owner answered immediately on my questions, they even organized a transport from the airport for me. I was welcomed with a big bottle of water and chocolate. thanks a lot!

The Wi-Fi was a little patchy at times.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spacious, attractively furnished, very well-equipped and extremely clean. I had an apartment on the first floor (the second floor if you're from the USA) and that one came with a private terrace on the floor above. The views over the coast from the apartment and the terrace were beautiful. The property is on the edge of the village so it's quiet but only a few minutes' walk from everything. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, and he was there to hand over the keys when I arrived. I would highly recommend this property, and I hope to return myself.

Some basic cooking stuff like salt, pepper and oil would be nice to have (we did not cook much so it was not a big problem).

We got apartment 4, which was exactly like on the pictures, it was spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and great view. It was calm and quiet, almost no noise from the street, but when you use water something starts to make a noise that can be heard in the bedroom, but nothing disturbing. There was always a place to park the car in front of the building, and the beaches, shops are within walking distance. To sum up, it was a perfect choice to stay here.

Just two things. The pillows I couldnt get used to as they were a bit to hard for me personally, and it would of been nice to have some condiments in the apartment such as salt, pepper and olive oil. It wouldn't put me off though. I'd still stay here again.

El Cotillo is an amazing place and this apartment was ideal for my solo stay. Amazing view and location, super fast WiFi for work and Netflix to watch in the evening. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants, but right on the edge of el cotillo so no other buildings blocking your view of the mountains and Atlantic Ocean. Very peaceful and no through traffic. Also, they provided me with a driver to transfer me to and from the airport and was available to take me anywhere I wanted to go during my stay, at a very reasonable price. Really did appreciate that. Ill be back.

The apartment has a stunning view on the ocean and the position is great to arrive at the beach, especially if you are carrying surf boards. The apartment was super clean and has everything you will need. There is also a roof terrace, which we shared with another apartment. However we were lucky enough to always be alone there. The communication was very easy and we are looking forward to come back!

The stay was just perfect. The flat is extremely clean and simply beautiful, with a lovely view and even a private terrace! Finding some chocolate, water and other goodies on arrival was just a plus. The host is very nice and attentive, easily reachable and always available in case of any issue. I will definitely go back!
