Never a fan of scanning your identity documents as part of a check-in at the premises. However when we had problems the lady quickly resolved then for us.

The location, close to the sights and tapas bars etc. Extremely comfortable, got an early chevk-in. Bright, light room.

Lots of noise from outside, despite new and modern windows. Not the hotel’s fault. Bars located downstairs and noise of people discussing continued till 1:30 in the morning, i.e. far after the bar’s closing hours. No way to fall asleep before. Woke up again at 4 a.m. for same reason. Cannot recommend if you want to sleep at proper hours.

Centrally located, nicely furnished. Just behind the cathedral. Fully automatic and efficient check-in with a machine. No interaction with any staff, only the automatic message with check-in instructions. All worked flawlessly.

The entry procedure with an incheck-machine was unnecesarily complicated, unfriendly and stressful. We have visited many self-catering apartments before, but this one was by far the most complicated way to get in. The apartment cannot be reached by car, so you have to park elsewhere and take your luggage on foot. We were 'welcomed' by a message of the host, stating all sorts of penalties we could expect if we would not behave well. So altogether it was a bad and very unwelcoming start for our stay.

The apartment is in the old centre of Burgos. The room is very new, the building is renovated and has an atmosphere of luxury. Burgos is a great and pleasant city

Biggest problem was the noise late into the evening (2:30am) from the bar directly behind room #20. Unfortunately, the noise from the outdoor drinkers carried to the apt. Also, the kitchen could be a little better stocked.

Nice remodeled building and apartment. Nice and clean and like the location behind the cathedral.

My room directly overlooked a cafe that was noisy well into the night (not unusual for Spain). Had I known I would have requested a room away from the rear of the building

There was an automated Check in system which was quite arduous. To be fair, it worked well but took ages, requiring all the passport numbers to be keyed in etc. The apartment was beautifully equipped, but a couple of extra things would have made it even better. For example, the knives were good and sharp but no chopping board and there was a bottle opener but no wine glasses. The shower was also great, well laid out etc but the water temperature was regulated so it was just a bit too tepid.

The location was exceptional, we had a little enclosed balcony overlooking the Cathedral. The lady we spoke to was very helpful. We'd arrived earlier than expected so she arranged for us to check-in early. She had really good English and made us feel very welcome

Great location, comfy apartment and great facilities. The apartment was very clean and fully equiped. We appreciated having some coffee pods and fresh water upon our arrival. The instructions to get in were clear and the automated system worked really well. We totally recommend this place!

The only thing is that the bed wasn't very comfortable, it was quite hard and in a way doesn't match the high standards of the rest of the flat.

The flat was perfect, you had everything you needed, it was warm, lovely decoration and great location.

Everything was very "basic" - three glasses, three cups etc. But you cannot enjoy a glass of wine and a have a glass of water at the same time. There were som basic things in the kitchen when we arrived - salt, sugar, coffee etc. But all in a very limited amount - I would say symbolic.
