A bit too small twin bedroom. Not a real complain, but there are no salt/paper/oil in the kitchen, so you need to have your own if you are planning to cook.

The parking is accessed via a pedestrian only street, which is a bit stressful, especially when you see a police car behind you! You have to drive your car into a very small lift to reach the underground spaces and manoeuvring your car into one of the spaces is quite tricky. Finding accommodation with parking in the old centre of Valencia is difficult, but this is not for large cars or the faint hearted!

Great location for exploring the historic centre of Valencia, a beautiful and interesting city. Timely and efficient communication from the hosts. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Two Nescafé capsules provided - for two people staying two nights seemed paltry - no milk, nothing else! . Happy to self cater but a few essentials to welcome guests would feel more hospitable. Albeit the supermarket is very close as are lots of places to eat. Bathroom is very compact.

There was not not enough room in the bedroom to access bed from both sides. Bed was pushed up against the wall in order to fit in the bedroom.

The details and instructions for accessing the apartment were very last-minute and the full address was not clear. As a result of this we went astray and it took us much longer than it should have to find the apartment. We did not receive the last email with full address until the next morning.

The apartment was extremely clean, the towels were changed during our six-day stay. The location was perfect. The staff in the office were professional and helpful. And, as our flight home was in the evening, we were able to leave our luggage in the office until leaving.

As I was arriving after the office was closed, they sent me an email on the day of arrival which gave me instructions as to how to get in. I was asked to download an app and follow instructions. It didn't work even though I installed and deinstalled it several times. I then called the telephone number that was in the same mail and the lady gave me a code which initially didn't work as well. After quite some time, I finally made it in. I have lived in many hotels around the world and this the most ineffective and inefficient way of handling a "late" check in (I arrived at 7 p.m.)!

The room was clean and had everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. Although the flat is located very centrally in the old town with a lot of bars and restaurants around (5 restaurants within 100 meters) it is not loud at all. This due to the fact that it is in a small side road. If your trip is based on visiting the old city, this flat is ideal. On the other hand, Valencia is a very small place so you can walk or take public transport to get everywhere.

The location was central in the old city. Easy access to public transport (use Sumo card). Access to Estacion Joaquin Sorello by bus 31. The property was very well appointed, very comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Very good comms and response times. The key app works well and makes access even easier. Good food nearby - recommend EatMe.

We liked everything

Perfect location for sightseeing, very comfortable, nice terrace as we were in a penthouse apartment, apart from having a door key card we also downloaded the Mobile App for enabling us access to the Building and room, quite easy to use so no problems there. Lovely clean apartment and comfy bed, we didn't cook but the kitchen had everything needed to make a meal if needed and a dishwasher. Reception was open when we arrived and the receptionist was helpful & very friendly. Would definitely recommend these apartments & would certainly stay again.
