All 3 apartments had things missing eg 1 had a nest of tables the other 2 didn’t Early in the season pool was dirty asked 3 times for it to be cleaned 🤷‍♀️ 👎 Asked 3 rooms close to each 👎

The spa and indoor pools were very expensive to the hotel guests I missed more slides and children parks outside apart from mini club

Our washing machine didn’t work due to the clasp being broken but I’m sure if you arise the issues with them straight away they can attend to it.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, I didn’t want to leave. You feel like you’re in paradise. Everything looked very clean. They were very accommodating. We were given a travel cot for our 6month old baby to sleep in and a highchair when asked. I would love to go back if I just wanted a relaxing chill holiday.

The apartment smelled unpleasant. The furniture needs updating. The beds are very uncomfortable. The reception helps with check-in and check-out, but that's all. They could not help when we had additional questions (for example, we were living in their hotel at that moment and wanted to see apt before booking - this request was refused)

The apartment was clean and close to the beach (we lived in apartment block #5). The food in the restaurant was good. The bar staff is pleasant

Nothing really- a kettle in the kitchen would be a benefit however wasn’t difficult to boil water in a pan.

The apartments were great, the private pool for each block was fantastic as their was always sun beds and a quieter atmosphere. The apartment was lovely and modern and the washing machine was very handy. 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff very friendly. Let me have use of my room from lunchtime as it was available which was good. Can use the pools and facilities up at the hotels however we didn’t as found them to be a bit too busy. Would come back again as we really enjoyed our stay and the area.

The noise in the evening. Very loud music was played every night during our stay, which could be heared most in the bedrooms. So that's not ideal for early sleepers with small kids like us. Also the noise from the bathroom of the neighbours over us was extreme, every time they opened the tap we could hear it in the bedroom.

The apartman was surprisingly well equipped and also very clean. We loved the fact that it was so close to the beach. We found it very good value for the money.

The hotel needs renovation. It has been the same for the last 20 years. They changed a few chairs and the night club, but most remains the same. In needs some contemporary touch. The food in the restaurant is the same as 20 years ago,too. No (or very few) vegan or vegetarian options, no lacto free or gluten free options. The same frozen churros that are never crunchy, "manchego" cheese which is not a Manchego, dried up fish and horrible tasteless deserts same as 20 years ago. Disappointed. They need a new chef from this century and a new menu.

Block 9 is just beside the hotels . We had a wheelchair user in our group so it was perfect . The hotel confirmed out apt the week we were due to arrive . They were very helpful . Apts are spotless very spacious only down fall was the beds were so hard . Sofa beds were way more comfortable. Pool area was lovely , we travelled in May pool water was very cold but didn't stop us getting in. Food was nice and lots to choose from. Freshly cooked eggs every morning . Snack bar also very tasty. Towels can be rented for 10 euro refundable. Can get fresh one every day . 2 euro supplement for cocktails not on the all inclusive.

I didn't like that there wasn't available free wi go in apartment. And the the air-conditioning (warm air) worked very loud.

Room cleaning happens only every three days, and it does not include the kitchen. The refrigerator was old and noisy.

Our apartment was located right in front of the beach. We had a large balcony with a table and chairs.

Entertainment could have been a bit better. We originally booked half board but quickly discovered that you couldn’t even have a glass of water with dinner so we paid the additional to upgrade to all inclusive. I believe that basic water at a minimum should be available.

Lovely food, good variety and the service was fantastic. Manager Neus was amazing and is a credit to the hotel.

It would be nice if there was a king or a queen bed in the bedroom, instead of twin beds. We pushed the beds together, but if I lay in the middle, the beds didn't stay together. It was quite noisy in the eating area. There were days, where I didn't think it was necessary with housekeeping/cleaning, so I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but they came in anyway. It would be nice with a "No cleaning today" sign.

Loved the location. Close to the beach, and there were many shops around. Great pools. Loved that there were shows every night and my daughter loved the minidisco. Also close to the waterpark and Port Aventura, which is great. This is our 4th time staying at Estival Park. Our first time was in 2000, so it was great to be back.

Not enough outside seating for evening entertainment. Have to pay for room safe and uses a physical key instead of a keypad locking. Note - No kettle or iron in apartments but you do have oven, microwave, washing machine.

Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Short taxi ride to Airport, Salou, Port Aventura, Tarragon. Taxi Airport to La Pineda approx €30. Taxi from La Pineda to Salou approx €10. Taxi La Pineda to Port Aventura approx €25 - all depending on traffic etc. Bus also goes to Salou across road from Estival Apt.
