Some wrong facilities listed e.g. soundproof - the walls are very thin but if you bring earplugs you sleep perfectly fine. Could've been a bit cleaner. But you pay for what you get and it was an otherwise perfect stay and would recommend

We could not regulate the water temperature. The shower was hot then cold then hot then cold. We found the same issue at other rental apartments, so perhaps it is a common issue. Not sure. People complained about the bed, but it is not so bad.

The managers of the property are there during the day to answer any questions. The apartment is equipped with all the basics. There is a large fridge with a good-sized freezer compartment. It is quiet and close to public (bus) transport.

Location is great, about 20min walk to the city center or you can go to the bus station that is nearby. The size of apartment was good for the 3 of us. The host was very friendly and professional!

Small touches recommended ..Air freshener , tea towels, softer pillows , fix shower curtain 1st bathroom, 2 bath towels per person, basic cleaning products...toilet fresh etc

Completely met our expectations ...2 single ladies on a short 4 day city break. Accommodation was ideal -basic (which we knew -hence cost) and very clean . Felt safe and secure. Great location...really quiet and within a 15 minute walk of the city centre. Typically Spanish suburb with some great local cafes for breakfast/brunch along with small bars supermarkets, bakeries etc. All reasonably priced. Xavier was helpful and pleasant. Would return. Loved Malaga !

in description there were no said that washing machine and even dryer was accesable for free. I took too much clothes thinking that there wont be possibility to wash them

The host personaly met us to show us the place and hand us the keys. Communication was excellent and the host was very helpfull. he went all the way to sort the taxi to the airport as our flight was early in the morning. Flat location was perfect with walking distance to centre. Parking is available nearby. The falst was very spacious and all necessary facaility available. Many thanks Xavier

Everything was fine

Appartment is located near city center but in pretty quiet zone, in old house, you can reach all touristic objects in 15 minutes, supermarkets are in 5 minutes walk. The flat was comfortable and quite clean, beds are good for a sleep. Personnel was very nice and English speaking which is very good) For our small trip everything was perfect!
