Absolutely beautiful location,have been there many times in the past. Apartment had the most amazing view from balcony and the beach two mins away. Apartment very well equipped.Rose the manager is very friendly and helpful. Only downside is absolutely no sun beds by the pool so apparently people have to buy one from a supermarket. My suggestion would be that each apartment can supply one for rental because I absolutely cannot bare to think that sunbeds are left to go into landfill. Shall definitely go back again.

To have a door that locked onto the patio. In the pictures it showed a balcony and there wasn't one (misrepresentation) Kitchen lacking in washing up liquid, dishcloths. Not a great supply of utensils. Jacket pinched from balcony. Quoted one price on booking.com but actually turned out about £200 more expensive.

Arrived late at night, it would have been nice to have had some water in the fridge. Also 2 toilet rolls for 6 adults was inadequate and a cleaning cloth to wipe the kitchen and bathroom surfaces would have been appreciated. We didn’t use the pool as there were no loungers or chairs to sit on. The shower taps were very stiff and hard to turn on and off

Good location close to beach, shops and bars/restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the heart of Cala d’Or. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for 6. Air con, Wi-Fi, 1 hairdryer. Good size bathrooms

There was no parking on site not part of the booking of apartments, or outside due to building works going on in the street builders blocking all spaces day and night ,had to park a mile away. The apartments were not cleaned very well , they were damp and very cold , heaters , air-con not working in the apartments , Wi-Fi broken as well . (We called the Agents who got the cleaners back with clean bedding and re moped the floors also tried fixing Wi-Fi but unable to and some oil filled heaters to warm the apartments) Outside paths were covered in bird mess from the hundreds of birds nesting in the trees . Not great for children and push chairs . No loungers around the pool .

The area around is not very cozy and there were a huge building construction going on next door, so not so exciting to go to the beach. The rocks and sea in front is really nice, but sun beds are missing and pool was really cold.

Location was fabulous, love hearing the ocean. Apartment was clean, tidy and ready earlier for us. So managed to check in early. Antonia who dealt with my booking was really helpful and friendly. Thanks

Small balcony. Some apartments had more outside space. A couple of the appliances weren't working which wasn't a huge issue but would've been nice for them to be working.

Location was fantastic. It was spacious and clean with amazing views.

We stayed in apt 406. We arrived late at night the apartment was roasting only one air conditioning unit in the sitting room/kitchenette which was not in. I burnt my hand on the kettle the first morning as it wasn’t switching off once boiled, it was a plastic kettle a bit like an old fashioned travel kettle. The apartment only has a kitchenette, small 2 ring hob, microwave and a type of microwave grill, no oven. The dishwasher flooded on first use & we had no dishwasher for the duration of our 11 day stay. We had no access to sun loungers, we were to have a sea view, we were on the second floor but the trees in front of us blocked the direct view of the sea. The balcony is small & claustrophobic, the 5 of us would not have sat comfortably out there. While the apartment appears to have had a few new bits added to it it is still in need of modernisation given the price they charged us. Bathrooms & kitchen facilities need an upgrade. over all we were disappointed given the money we paid.

The view in 407 was breath taking,it was very clean Apartment and would be ideal for a family and 1 min from the beach and 2 mins away from cala ferrera strip Highly recommended 👌

The apartment was not cleaned upon arrival from previous guests which is concerning given COVID-19 (see photos), the shower was clogged, the sink was broken - and while the property claimed to have air conditioning, it was only 1 unit in the living room - no units in the bedrooms so the place is VERY hot, and there are many ants. The pictures of the property on booking.com also make the bathrooms look WAY nicer than they are in person (in fact, they are quite run down). I was extremely dissapointed. When I called the emergency on-site number, the woman who answered was completely unapologetic and just said that the maids were very busy. They ultimately arrived 1 hour after our arrival to clean the place from the prior guests, but the sink was never repaired, shower was never fully unclogged. This was a disaster of a stay, and besides the location, nothing about our stay with Apartamentos Ferrara Park was pleasurable. I emailed the hosts via booking.com multiple times during and after our stay and have yet to receive a response.

The location was nice, apartment view was good overlooking the water. Easy to find the apartment and keys.

View is mainly of the car park and partly of the beach, you can’t see the see unless you walk to the fence. There is a hotel being built opposite (other side of the car park) at the moment. It wasn’t to noisy and don’t effect us or ruin our stay, just something to be aware of.

Clean, modern, large, good facilities. Great location opposite the beach. Nice bars and restaurants close by.
