Bathroom floor’s incline is wrong and the shower head was old splashing everywhere so we flooded the hall a couples of times no matter how carefully we showered. Perhaps a screen or curtain would help? Toilet’s flushing wasn’t very efficient (maybe a bucket and a mop in that particular apartment would be helpful for both situations mentioned above). Also there’s a lot of scale on the shower tray and in the toilet, but the sewage might not support descaling solutions. 🤷🏻‍♀️At night it got a bit chilly and the blankets were thick and heavy, not the type that you could hope get cleaned after each client so I didn’t dare to use them, but that might only be my mind.

Lovely old fashioned building (bordering tatty but still charming, spacious, well positioned and very good value for money). Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was also in a quiet part. I would stay there again.

The kitchen was very poor, old equipment, old pots, one without a lid, no pan spatula, a broken refrigerator, etc. One bed has very old shapeless, lumpy and dirty mattress, in both beds were old blankets instead of a mattress topper; blankets were old and frayed, the sofa was broken and could not be opened (we tried to use it instead of lumpy bed). Towels were only changed once (during the week) and they were not very clean. When we asked to change the room or get upgrade, the staff didn't care. The room was not quiet, the noise of the neighboring room can be heard through the walls and door, we had sometimes noisy neighbors and very noisy cleaners (early in the morning!).

Upon arrival we could smell a bad odour coming from the room which continued outside the door to the hallway - smelled like vomit. We complained about it and immediately had a fridge replacement. The staff were very friendly and good customer service. The room was quite spacious and the balcony was very nice. Good cooking facilities - oven included. Good location for shops/food and looking around the area - right in the centre of the town. Pool/balcony area was nice even though we did not use it. Nice bathroom and included a bidet. We could feel the springs in the mattress.

My partner and I had second floor room which was basic and a little dated with the minimum of equipment in the small kitchen, no toaster, kettle or microwave. No air con or fan.TV was something out of the 70s. Beds were not the most comfortable and seemed very old also you could hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms. Swimming pool on the roof was freezing and there is a long list of prohibited rules to adhere too.

On the plus side the location is great very central also excellent service from the reception staff, very helpful indeed, would I stay again maybe just for 2-3 days because of the price but I think it’s more suited for senior citizens.

Housekeeping needs major improvement. Stayed 1 week incomplete cleaning, and still hairs and sand etc from previous guests. No bed sheet changed for 1 week neither.

In summer time it is very hot, the rooms have no fan, there is no air conditioning either. My room had only one window and the air did not circulate because there was no wind. The cleaning lady closed the window every day and when we arrived at night the heat was unbearable.

Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, stores. The hotel is big and has an old conial style that makes it beautiful.

When we booked it we didn't realize it's so popular with senior citizens - we kind of felt like at elderly resort :) Which is fine but not the vibe we were looking for. Also, the photos of the rooms are very nice and kind of true, but in reality everything is a bit worn down and very dated. The TV was an old school type box. One more thing - the "balcony" is a french balcony without any space outside. If you want an actual balcony book a more expensive room with a "terrace" on the top floor.
