You could hear conversations and footsteps etc from the flat above and there were a number of guests staying in flat 5 that were consistently rowdy and expletive so we complained and was resolved by landlord.

Location, price and comfort.👍 Good facilities (except for saucepans to cook). Clean (except for the shower cubicle which has some grain building up on the bottom of the glass). Good central heating and air conditioning and good location to shops, cafe and Metro. Overall 8/10.

WiFi was a bit slow and spotty at times. The rooms felt cold at times, especially the living room.

The name of the apartment is not signed on the front door. It is just a number over the door but if you are not used to house numbers in Spain then it can be difficult. Checkin is on line and you do get clear instructions and the map link to the unit works really well even walking back to the unit from anywhere in the city Shower door doesn’t do the job! Water goes all over the place. Reason why the cabinetry is rotting and the shower floor is very slippery can be dangerous

Host was very willing to assist. He had to come personally with the garage keys to park the car as there was a miscommunication on confirming at checkin which was on line

It definitely looks much better in the pictures than in real. Carpet was missing, lamp broken, different couch which made the look and feel of apartment less nice. Shower didn’t function well, water sprays out making the bathroom a wet mess

I would advise this apartment more for long stays. We were just on a citytrip and had to walk a lot. You always have to take the metro for visiting anything. The city center is a 40 min during walk. There is a park closely which was really nice. We did Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias by foot. For de rest we used the metro. Using the metro was very convenient though. But for short visits I would recommend an apartment closer to the center, depending on what you’re planning to visit.

Really nice apartment for a long stay. The appartement has everything; kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cooker, kettle,…. There was also a washer ( although there is a laundy service next door) and z’n iron and hair dryer. The bathroom was very nice, and the room and living room was very comfortable and clean. The room had a nice view over a square with playground. There was a supermarket on the square. My favourite thing about the apartment was Mercat d'Algirós. This is a market on the square where you can find all kinds of fresh & local products; bread, meat, cheese, eggs, fruits and vegetables.

Zak was a great host. Very communicative and amenable, letting us in early since the unit was ready. The apartment was clean and bright. Bed was very comfortable. Air condition was great. We enjoyed the location -- while it wasn't central (we knew this when we booked) it was in a cute locals neighborhood with multiple markets, restaurants, and very close metro stop.

Huge AC on a balcony conneceted with kitchen making it noisy and hot when the AC was working. Ants in the kitchen!

Since there was no fun neither window in the bathroom, the door had to stay always closed to avoid not nice smell in the bedroom

The apartment was comfortable and equipped of everything you need, included washing machine and dishwasher. Very nice the welcome pack for the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed super comfortable. Air conditioning super. Bathroom very big. Perfect for a week long stay.

Great full equipped apartment with lifts and good security. Well maintain with good local support staff. Very close, (one block) from major avenue with all manner of transportation at you disposal. We rented bikes for the 4 days ofr our stay and we were only 5 minutes by bike from the main park area that runs throughout the entire city, heaven on 2 wheels! Valencia is a very friendly pedestrian and bicycle city, well engineered. Apartment looks out onto a little local square with a huge supermarket with 30 meters, everything you could want for a 4-5 day stay. Well equipped kitchen for cooking that occasional meal.

Clean and cozy apartment with everything required for the stay of a group of people. Not far from Turia and Gulliver park, so perfect for the stay with children. The guy who came for check out (if not mistaken his name was Juan) was nice and polite and helped with the taxi calling, that appears a problem in Valencia especially for a group of more than 4 people.

Fantastic location for all destinations (airport, old town, beach restaurants, shops...). Market is in front of the apartment, and the Consum shop is next door from the block - richly stocked. The apartment is very nice. The price is extremely favorable compared to the others. Beds are very comfortable. The host responds quickly. I strongly recommend the apartment.

A small issue - no toiletries - we had to buy from the supermarket and leave it at the location. Maybe next guests will use it :) Not a big deal, but it downsized a little the overall image

Lovely one bedroom apartment very close to the metro. Absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for eating in. There's a supermarket right across the street too and the air conditioning works throughout
