Somehow I either did not receive the entry code information or missed the email. So we did not have access when we first arrived but our host was very responsive and got us set up immediately.

This is a newer and very well kept property in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of local neighborhood restaurants and bars nearby as well as a good grocery store for meals in the apartment. It is also close to many interesting attractions and a short ride to the Guggenheim. Highly recommend!

We rented two and one smelled of cigarettes smoke from a previous tenant. 

Staff was very helpful and apartments were well apportioned.

There was nothing that I did not like.

From the start, the communication was fantastic, and the staff was very easy to deal with. The apartment was very well equipped, the location was fantastic. I will definitely come back.

We only missed a place to hang wet towels in the appartment and closing the door was really noisy, so you could hear closing door in other apartments, but this was not so important

It was really a good place to stay if you want to reveal some beauties of the Basque country, not only Bilbao. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, 15 minutes by metro to San Mames bus station, close to the metro station Areeta (2 minutes walk), a lot of bars and restaurants around full mainly of local people. Close to the Biskaia Bridge. Accomodation easy to find,very clean, enough space, air conditioned, late check in possible. We did not have windows to the street which was appreaciated, the other side might be more noisy during night

The apartment is fantastic and in a great location. It was immaculately clean and well kitted out. The communications with the owner were excellent and they were never too busy to reply to our messages. I would strongly recommend this to anyone!

Add a kettle. towel is clean but not fresh smelling after one use, need better detergent or good tumble dryer.

The room was the perfect size for two, with wide windows. The door code was very practically and the host very nice and uncomplicated! The room and bathroom were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. And the WIFI worked perfectly (in the 3rd floor).

We were quite disappointed with the size of the room as the photos on the website did not coincide with the actual room (it turned out to be a much smaller space than what appeared in the pictures). This decreased our satisfaction in terms of the value-for-money. The property is located in a bit of a noisy area.

The ease of access to the property was very easy. The communication with the owner was excellent, and he was very flexible. The bed was comfortable, and it was a well-organized apartment with a nice bathroom. Good central location and close to the beach. The windows were good at keeping the noise out.

1.It's just a room with a kitchen - so it's not spacious. 2. View from outside is not good (but it's a side effect for being calm) 3. Lack of useful stuff for kitchen : no salt or oil provided (if you stay 1 week you buy anyway, but for a couple of days it is a must to provide at least the "single-use"); no boiler for water; only 1 pot and 1 cooking pan, at least another pot should have been provided. All these negative do not affect much for a couple of days; for a longer these will be problematic.
