It would have been good to have a second set of keys - we had a bit of an issue when one of us had to stay in for a day, and the other person's phone was not working; also I went up to the roof (with the only key) and my friend was unable to follow me up as the door was locked... she was stuck waiting till I came down an hour later. It was handy being close to the bus route, but it could be quite noisy at night, esp in the room overlooking the road, and the air was a bit fumy...

The appartment was a short bus ride (or walk) into the city centre. The roof terrace was lovely for sitting out. The main bedroom was spacious and very comfortable.

The noise, but we knew about that and it wasn’t such a big thing for us.

Good value for money, a very well equipped apartment, the kitchen has everything you need, I even found tea or baking paper. We had also an extra bed, because we had kids with us. Nice view from the terrace.

The flat on the first floor was a bit noisy due to the busy road next to the house. Otherwise, can't think of anything else that we didn't like.

Quite modern facilities and had everything we needed. Location was good – we had two flats, the noise from the street wasn't an issue for the flat on the ground floor.

Quite a climb from town centre. Surprising no local information in apartment. Bus timetables, local attractions, maps would be good. Excellent roof top terrace, but could be much better... perhaps cane furniture rather than pallets & cushions. No where to leave luggage after vacating apartment at 12noon if transfer is later. Although we were allowed to vacate later that day, so not a problem. A full height mirror for the ladies would be a plus. Chairs could have been more comfortable.

Excellent views Good facilities, lots of hot water, very clean. Good bus connections. Host was just a text away & sorted any hiccups promptly. Fully equipped kitchen.

The only thing that wasn’t perfect for us was the noise level. The house stands on a busy road so there’s quite a bit of traffic. It gets better in the late evening and early morning though.

The host met us personally to hand over the keys and go over all the information. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Tastefully decorated, not cluttered, and the view is fantastic. The shared terrace was a very nice bonus. It’s a bit of a walk from the town center and beaches, but we liked that it’s away from the main touristy areas.

The staff complained about our delay which was impossible to foreseen due to road traffic. Pets are welcomed but with extra payment required. not enough basic products for the dishwasher, no bath gel.

The rooftop is not private, something to bear in mind if going in busy season.

The king size bed was very comfortable. There were nice dressing gowns. Beautiful view from the bedroom and rooftop.

The apartment is located in a noisy street and the bedroom is not soundproofed. In the bathroom you have liquid hand soap but not shower gel. At check in you have to deposit 150 euro by credit card which will be unblocked in 48 hours after the check out.

The apartment is big, with good facilities (eg. washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, iron, towels, etc.) and close to main north attractions if you reach them by car. They have a little private parking but you can find free parking close to the location. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

Cozy atmosphere and soft beds. The kitchen was pretty good. 3 Baths in apt. 8. Ocean view from a big balcony. Guests are asked to keep it down.

Location is a bit inconvenient with small children especially when you have no car, we were expecting to have access to the garden based on the description but it wasn't accessible from our appartement. Walking down to the city or the nearest supermarket will take at least 15-20 minutes, so especially for water it's quite an exercise (though there's a small shop nearby where you can buy bottles at 5x the supermarket price). It's next to a busy road so there's constant noise from the early morning which didn't improve our sleep. The wifi was often unstable which made it hard for me to do some remote work, I had to switch to mobile data often. Could use some maintenance here and there (refrigerator was leaking, dishwasher was not cleaning very well, doorknob to the balcony came off, remote batteries were empty)

I really missed a shower cream for example, since we arrived late and everything was closed already. It is the small details that make the difference.

Comfortable apartment with good facilities. Really nice hosts. We had some issues with AC in one of the rooms, hope they get it fixed. The shared terrace has a great view since the house is up the hill, but prepare your walking shoes to come back on the hill from city center :D

Stressful check in process, no bath (just an outdated shower) or free toiletries against what is advertised, noisy street and no double glazing, kitchen extractor fan was useless. Deposit of 150Eur requested even though there’s no mention of it when booking. The check in times can be a problem since there is only one person to check in for two different locations which led to an unpleasant exchange of messages on WhatsApp trying to rush our drive up to the North of the island

The cleaning staff only came once during our 9 day stay and they came in the second day. We went a week without fresh linens. When we arrived the hostess told us we needed to give her an additional 150 euro deposit. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own

apartment has no balcony, terrace on top of the house is not cozy to be, barelly sunny. everything is kind of tidy, well equiped, but Apartment is cold and feels very wet, which makes it very unpleasant to stay in; if you wash clothes they do not dry in two days. the view all around is to the streets. Maybe there are more nicer apartments in this house, check carefully then choosing yours. Check in procedure is unnecesarily detailed, time consuming, they do not have self check in procedure, takes a deposit of 150eur in case smth will be broked and etc. too complicated during vacation, too wet and not cozy.

The apartment turned out to be located in an extremely busy and noisy street, which was stressful. For this reason, we didn't stay there much and did not use the wonderful balcony at all.

Location is noisy, on a main busy road, with ambulance cars frequently passing by. Wifi is very slow. Towels in the bathrooms had a bad smell, it is time to exchange them for new ones. There is no parking in front of the house (always full) and you are charged for the parking within the apartment premises. Stressful check-in procedure; once you state your arrival time, it can be a problem to make arrival changes, because there is only one person handling check-ins for more apartments. At the arrival time, you also need to inform them about the departure time. When you are on a holiday, arrival and departure times can change as you do not always plan everything to a fixed hour.
