The sun beds could be updated as they are uncomfortable when using for long periods.

The location was wonderful, walking distance to old and new areas and supermarket next door. Staff extremely courteous at all times. Generally a relaxed atmosphere around the pool which is in a nice garden setting.

The lift's/elevators are a bit old and very small we felt a bit uneasy in them.

We arrived early and we were allowed to leave our bags in until our room was ready. They were very accommodating. Our apartment was on the 12th floor and our views were absolutely amazing and our terrace was a great size much bigger than we expected. The apartment was small but it had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very child friendly with the swimming poo. is perfect and the apartments are located by a park and it is 10 minutes walk to the beachfront and restaurants plus a huge advantage was it also has Mercadona to do food shopping etc. I'd highly recommend it.

Single beds only, I was aware of it so it not their issue but no double beds is an option so be aware of that if a couple etc

Super clean, the kitchen felt like nothing had been used before. White goods all felt new. Views amazing and the supermarket next door is simply perfect

The amount of noise there is in early hours from people banging front gate screaming and shouting banging. Not having room cleaned all week, only allowing one toilet roll all week been told by cleaners we have to pay. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Mould on tiles shower didn't work that good. Didn't get any little shower gels or soap on arrival No tea or coffee sachets. Room was very dull. Cleaners need to give you some respect, I think the cleaners and the handyman run the apartments coz we only seen reception lady once in 5 days we were there. There should be guard on at night to sort the loud ones out, and sort the front gate out make it more easier to get in and out otherwise you will have people banging and screaming all night trying to get in coz they can't get the key in the bloody key hole. No wasn't impressed with the apartments sorry to say.

Great location - close to city center, old town, "party" area. Next to grocery shop, close to sea - 5 min walking. I liked pool area. Big balcony, nice view. In apartment I had - dryer, cooking facilities, washing machine, ironing.

Everything! Location was great with a supermarket next door and a short walk to beach/shops/bars. There was an iron, hair dryer and washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. Shower is hot and powerful.

My sister left her handbag in the apartment on day of leaving early so we made arrangements to go back and get it , the bad thing was everything was in side the handbag except some euros Told receptionist to alert her. , but we did,nt take it any further as was very happy with everything else.

Didnt clean the room at all, no fresh towels or bedding Had to buy all cleaning products and toilet roll, disnt expect that after the price we paid for self catering accommodation Swimming pool was dirty and wasnt in the sun at all Was told if we checked in before 1pm someone would be there with the keys, they wasnt and we had to walk to another hotel to collect the keys

Rubbish under the storage unit under the TV when we arrived which was still there after the 7 day clean ! The unit is showing "battle scares" I.e. needs a major refit

Great location, handy for both Old and New Towns and right next door to Mercadona. The staff from Teresa at reception, Carmen the house keeper and the maintenance people all very friendly.

Floors were scruffy, cockroaches and only time I seen staff was when they collected the money and deposit which I haven't received after multiple messaging . Pillows and beds were like a rock

wasn’t made aware of the 5pm check in, was asked estimated arrival time and said we could collect our keys if the apartment was ready, lady on the front desk was quiet rude. the apartment itself wasn’t the best either - was handed the keys and couldn’t open the door so said lady had to come up which she didn’t look best pleased, toilet seat moved of the wall as soon as you sat on it, beds were uncomfortable, there was dried blood on the mirror as if someone had popped a spot and not Been cleaned and there was a lift but when you got in it the entire lift moved and wobbled (didn’t seem safe at all) wires all exposed and we were generally scared the cables were just going to snap and we’d plummet. Was quite outdated, booked the apartment for one night thankfully as our flight was cancelled last minuet and still cost £103 and we had to leave at 3am for our transfers.

decent location, never been to the old town but navigated it quiet easily. pool was nice and was clean however
