The location in the old town was excellent. It was close to the river, the Mesquite, and the many museums, art galleries, shops, and cafes. Easy walking.

Room had only one small window which faced the courtyard. Because of this the room felt a bit dark and closed up. Albeit in a quiet area, the room was far from noise proof as we could hear the neighbours and cleaners loud and clear in the morning.

For a self-catering apartment the kitchen was not fully equipped. No kettle. Hot plates did not work.

The apartment was clean and neat. Ample space. Spacious bathroom. Close to all the amenities and historical attractions. Great location. Value for money.

The kitchen facilities need checking to ensure everything is there. We had to ask for a few things in the first apartment and the second had broken cupboard doors, lids missing from pots, curtains need rehanging, cords fixed. Balcony plant pots need plants , not weeds and cigarettes butts. The second apartment needs a bit of attention in general. Both apartments need a light immediately in the entry for the wardrobes. Internet was patchy and not working for a day. Disappointed to find restaurant not open or functioning.

Staff were helpful and when we asked for a room with more natural light, we transferred to one with a private balcony - great for our breakfasts and other meals. We liked the authentic old town feel. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in old town area and bus connections within 150metres. We really enjoyed our stay at La Fuenta Apartments.

Access quite difficult in car. There should be a way to get to the street which is one way. Google gives way through old town along the Mesquita...we end up parking for free the other side of river, which is okay, and carry minimum stuff for the stay.

Location, quiet, central. Large appartment with patio in building and roof top terrace. Mini kitchen.Easy access to the old city,restaurants, carrefour market close by.

pillow is very unconfortable, also lot of noise from the neighbours - thin walls

very close to the centre, nice, cold and cool room with all basic necessities. it is located in a quiet side-street, but some pedestrian traffic goes through which tends to be loud. public parking is also nearby within walking distance, just be aware that the parking lot for residents are literally next to the one for the turists and no real fence between. your car will be towed if you park in the area for residents.

Could have provided a table cloth rather than a bare table top to give it that more homely look

The hotel was situated very close to all the historic attractions and a bus connection was directly outside the hotel on the main street.. inside the room was quite spacious and well presented..very clean.. and adequate facilities...
