Not enough umbrellas, we had to go to the beach for a sunbed with an umbrella. Bring earplugs for the noisy air con.

Very central, 3 minute walk to the strip and beach. Beds were comfortable. Sunbed situation was crazy though for it not being school.holidays. animation guy is fantastic, entertainment gold , such good fun

There was nothing I didn't like , Hotel bar closed at 11pm, then it's time to hit the strip till 3am .

Hardly and children there, so lying around the pool and the pool bar was very relaxing, staff very friendly, always eager to help. Alex, who did morning and evening activities with the guests, was exceptional , he lifted everybody's spirits with his humour and energy. Room very clean and spacious ,comfortable beds , kitchen facilities, TV in living room , I couldn't complain about anything, I wouldn't recommend anybody with walking difficulties to visit Canary Islands, there are steps everywhere, but the try their best to accommodate everyone.

Staff were very unhelpful on our last day. On first day we arrived at 11pm so weren’t in time for any food - so on leaving day we asked if we could grab a small lunch and they wouldn’t allow it. It was how they dealt with - very rude and unhelpful. Left a mark on what was a fab stay otherwise.

Didn't think there was much variety on the food options. Hot water for the showers was not always available at times it wasn't warm. There was no blind for the window in the shower room and this let light in to the bedroom and there was a window between the bedroom and bathroom.

It was quiet, clean, pleasant. Very helpful staff. Close to amenities and also the beach?

Evening meal not very good we ate out after a couple of Evening trying it also there's a night club bit noisy ac Ross Road but to be fair can hear it from bedroom

The location was ideal. Very near to Route 66 and lots of other bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.

There where ants in our room which was a bit of a pest lol but we survived also the food was okay very hit and miss but you could definitely find something there could be more options and also better labelling of food items both pools where freezing unlike other hotels with more than one pool they could heat one and lastly the entertainment was very poor and could use some attention, although our room was a good location with only one set of stairs I can under the frustration of other guest having to climb loads of stars to get to their room nobody wants to constantly do that in heat.

The staff where really friendly and helpful, my partner was given a drink for his birthday which was a great touch and the dinner staff where excellent, location is great and we was given a good room with great views of both sea and pool area which was great.

Nothing it was perfect but I wouldn't go for all inclusive.

We usually stay in Playa Blanca and usually go for 5 star Hotels but we wanted a quick budget break and this was just that and MORE! loved it, so clean, so modern and location outstanding. Would recommend this for anyone, I cannot complain about anything except bring your own hairdryer :-).
