Check-in instructions could be provided in advance. I received conflicting information about check-in times /location from the property when compared with what is posted on booking.com. I only received a message with directions for the check-in location a day after I had checked in. The property could be better maintained. One electric heater had fallen off the wall and not been fitted back in place, and the 2nd one didn't work. The drains in the bathroom smelled really bad. That being said, the location and general comfort of the property outweigh these inconveniences, so I would be happy to return.

The apartment is in a great location, very central with lots of amenities close by. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful. Overall, the accommodation was great value for money.

The location was within walking distance from the station (we like walking!), easy check-in (contactless, with code by the front door and key in the safe box by the room door), and spacious and well-equipped apartment in a nice vibrant neighbourhood. Easy-to-call Uber taxi was also an added value we liked when we checked out.

Bathroom is very tight

Great location and great value. The bed is up a ladder and you need to crawl into bed. Not for older people really, but quite quirky and fun. Our host was brilliant, and gave great recommendations which were spot on.

The owner was extremely helpful, allowing an early check in and to leave our bags to keep exploring once we'd checked out. Great location overlooking a pretty square that was quiet, even though it is near to some great bars. The apartment has all you would need for a fabulous stay. Granada is a fantastic place!

The bed was very hard, also there was no reception, we had to go to another hotel to show our passports. As you went into the courtyard to our room the floor was very uneven, not good if you use a walking stick like I do.

The pictures make it look much better than it really is. In real life parts of the apartment (the walls, couch, bathroom) are quite grubby and needed to be replaced/cleaned/repaired.

Great location in a nice square very near the city center. Carlos was fast with sending information needed to access the apartment.

The loft bed requires a level of flexibility as high ladder and low roof. It was fine for us and added to the vibe but just a note for others booking

Floors need a good scrub and their breeds to be a broom, hearth shovel and small broom available. Also needs a decent ironing board.

it wasn’t prepared for international clients, I mean there was no adapter, I checked in at night so there was no chance to get it from the outside or to call the office.

This is an old house and ventilation system is old but I believe more could be done to keep bathroom smell better. And some dust rolls under the bed.

Very nice and attentive service. Contactless check-in. Location is very good, may be 7 minutes to walk to the cathedral. Very big and nice appartment in an old house. Good strong wifi and very comfortable beds. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Parking is possible a couple of minutes away in an underground for 14 euros per 24h.

The room was not exactly what we expected - the windows are facing an indoor yard and there’s barely any light coming into the room which made it feel a little claustrophobic. The bed is smaller and short, if you are taller like us it might be a bit uncomfortable.

The booking allowed for 5 persons, but were only equiped for 3-4. The kitchen could do with more equipment. The shower water gets ice cold every five minutes.

I booked the studio, the apartment was right next to the entrance and I can hear every bit of conversation from the park across the street, people coming and going. The place smelled of draft - the bathroom had a distinct sewer smell The stairs towards the loft was so steep, I was so scared that I might fall and break my neck.
