Host went beyond her way to assist us during an emergency situation, and stayed with us until she felt things were under control.

If you like the comfort to park the car in front of the apartment than this one is not your choice. You have to park a little bit away and have to carry everything by yourself. For us it was OK.

Nice appartement, well and modern renovated. It has a nice kitchen that you can even cook. It is spacious with a very comfortable bed. The location is difficult accessible by car due to small streets but there is a parking nearby and the appartement is very close to everything. The host was very kind.

Lovely location in historic city. Very clean, quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. Pilar met and welcomed us personally and even called a taxi for us on departure. Perfect place. Rooftop terrace was enjoyed too!

Firstly, the host Pilar was exceptional in every way. She met me in person to provide keys and to explain details of the property. She also gave excellent information on possible places to visit and to eat, plus she made herself available if I had any questions or needed assistance for a comfortable stay in the apartment or anything else regarding the city. Second, the location of this apartment is better than expected. It is near the main sites of Toledo and yet tucked away from the heavy traffic so you can sleep without noise. The apartment is modern, very clean, nicely decorated and with every facility that you could need for a short or longer stay. It has a full kitchen that is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes/cutlery and cooking ware. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the whole apartment is very spacious. The terrace on the top of the building has table and chairs so you can enjoy fresh air with an excellent view of the top of the Cathedral and the Alcazar, especially at night. There are locations nearby for shopping, eating, sightseeing and to enjoy the incredible history of Toledo. On my next visit to Toledo, I won't hesitate to book Apartamentos Menorá again. This apartment was the closest you can be during travel that feels like staying in your own home. It checked every positive box for a perfect stay.

The conservatory is in the same courtyard, so if you are bothered by music then this might not be the apartment for you. However, for us we really enjoyed when they played. It did not take place late at night, so no sleep was interrupted.

It was easy to communicate with the host who was very kind and helpful. There was a lovely manual/information booklet to reference: where to eat, what to visit, apartment information, etc. The apartment was very clean! The washing machine is handy. The kitchen was fully equipped. We liked that the apartment was far enough away from high tourist noise yet close enough to reach everything with a quick walk. There is a lovely lunch spot and corner store right around the corner. If you like background music the conservatory plays lovely music that you can hear in the shared courtyard.

The owner was very friendly and gave all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay at the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect to enjoy the city center and the surroundings. The place itself was also really great.

We were on the ground floor unit, which we preferred. However, there's little privacy as people walk by all the windows so you can't keep the shades open. This causes the unit to be dark. But more importantly the kitchen window only has a tiny curtain which covers 1/3 of the window. Given that the bathroom door is in the kitchen, when you step out in your towel you're basically in plain view to the passersby on the street. We appreciated that pets were allowed but were surprised by an additional pet fee which was requested after we checked in and wasn't disclosed anywhere.

The location was about a 10 minute walk to the center but in a relatively quiet spot and with nice views from the rooftop terrace. There is a very reasonably priced parking area about 4-5 minute walk to the unit. If you have heavy bags it's a little challenging but doable. The unit smaller than the photos and we wouldn't recommend more than 2 people but it was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the washer. The host was very proactive in communication and always available.

Got a bit warm in the night with the underfloor heating (it was a cold November weekend) and unable to open the bedroom window in the night due to light and noise.

Apartment Menora is an excellent place to stay in Toledo. It is located close both to the parking garage and to the old city. It ia absolutely clean, well equiped, quiet, nicely aranged. The beds are comfortable. The terrace is amazing and very private. The host, Pilar, is so nice and responcible. We got from here all the information, valuable advices almost immediately. Highly recommended. The only precondition - you need to be physically fit enough to move your luggage 150m on a slopy street between the garage and the apartment. That's how it is in Toledo ))

I loved the location, the modernity of the flat, and the cleanliness. My flat had a private terrace, and there was a beautiful rooftop as well that anyone can enjoy. The living room was very comfy with lovely decorations. I strongly recommend this place if you want a nice cocoon for your holiday. let's not forget the top-notch host customer service.

This was the ultimate location. Spacious apartment, tasteful interior and well equipped kitchen. Neat, clean and comfortable. Space is so well utilised. Functional layout. Safe. The terrace is an absolute bonus! The view of historical landmarks from there made it so special, especially after sunset. It was a dream come true, staying practically next to a historical church- walking through alleys with your apartment building cozily snuggled in a church court yard. I will definitely visit Toledo again and stay in the same apartment.

Honestly nothing.

The location is perfectly situated to the old, historic, beautiful, medieval city of Toledo, 200 metres to the cathedral. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the best we have experienced out of many different holidays. It's a well equipped and very comfortable apartment with underfloor cooling which was great in the hotter July days of our stay. It has a pleasant terrace and also access to another terrace above the flat which has beautiful views of the Toledo skyline and majestic cathedral, illuminated atmospherically at dusk and nightfall (sorry my photo doesn't do it justice!). Parking is close at hand in a secure public car park. Pilar is an informative and very welcoming host and has produced guides in Spanish, French and English with helpful restaurant and visitor recommendations. The beds are comfortable, towards the hard side but that is what we tend to prefer, the bathroom has a lovely shower. It's also dog friendly.

We liked this apartment a lot. We liked Pilar, who met us at the property with the keys and showed us round, even more. She was so friendly and welcoming, she made moving in a positive pleasure. The apartment is not huge, but it was perfect for the two of us: well-equipped, comfortable, easily air-conditioned (we arrived in the middle of an early heatwave) and very close to all the things one might want to see on a visit to Toledo - the alcazar, cathedral, Jewish and El Greco museums, the river.... A perfect base for getting lost in the old city's narrow streets and alleys! The big roof terrace gives some lovely views to the cathedral; and while the apartment is perfectly peaceful at night, its location next door to a music college meant we were serenaded with some beautiful live music with our morning coffee.
